Highly recommend! Cesar & Lucas Wolak are great. I've been using their car shop since 2018 and never had bad experience. Across regular maintenance and various repairs they've always been helpful, transparent, honest, quick & successful. I'm living 20 miles away but it's always worth the drive.

This shop is the real deal! Cesar is a hard working shop owner and knows how to treat his customers right. I called to get help towing my broken down car and he was there in less than 30 minutes. Once back at the shop his mechanic Lucas was able to diagnose the issue immediately. I was back on the road in the matter if two hours from when I broke down. Can’t recommend this shop enough for their honesty and help through a tough and immediate situation.

I called Cesar for a quote on a tow and he not only gave me a competitive rate, but he clearly articulated that he understood all aspects of the job, picking up a car from a terminally ill friend and bringing it to me for repair with the keys. The next day, I confirmed that I would like Cesar to send a driver to pick up the vehicle. During the whole process, I received good communications and updates. I would have preferred that the driver wear a mask during the pandemic, but he was diligent about keeping more than ten feet away from people so I was not concerned about his conduct. The pickup and delivery went smoothly using a clean, nicely equipped rollback for the trip with all the bright lights on the vehicle worked properly. The operation appeared to be safe in every aspect that I could see. I am glad that I selected Cesar's Towing for this job and would not hesitate to make the same call again.

It was 4pm and I called Ceaser to go assist my daughter who was broke down, as I live 4 hours away, and he was there in 3 minutes, diagnosed the bad altinator and replaced it very quickly and had my daughter back on the road. Caesar is the man! I popped the tire on I-5 heading south around tukwila and he was able to get somebody out to help me break the lug nuts in less than 35 minutes. The employee he sent out was super professional and had all the tools for the job. I would highly recommend to anybody in the area and if you're not he might make a trip, I don't know. So many great things to say. Number one, I’m not one to leave reviews. Number two, I just flew into Seattle and got to my car, not even ten minutes later my alternator was toast. We happened to be right down the road from them, and we called them. A real great guy came by and jumped us, got us down to the shop and he took his time to see if I had a warranty on my last replaced alternator so I didn’t have to pay full price. He got us in and out in less than an hour. Next time I’m in Seattle, if I have an issue with my car I’m calling these people. Absolutely great, seriously recommend. While they were working on my car I walked to McDonald’s down the road, if I could leave ten stars I would. Thank you guys!!!

These people are absolutely great!! I was referred by my brother in law, which is always the best way to find a great company (direct referral) Cesar and his Team have now done many repairs for my wife and I. They are Honest Fair and get work done correctly! We would refer them to anyone, they are presently doing a radiator and water pump in our 2015 Grand Cherokee and we're able to get it done in just a day😊🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
