Charged me more than the coupon price. Also said my car took more than 5 quarts of oil. Which is a lie. My car takes under 5 quarts. I am sure he thought he could get over on me because I am a woman. The owner of quality auto called me this morning.He really cares about his company and his customers. He apologized for his employee. He wanted to make things right for me. So I give the company 5 stars but for is employee 1 star. So I am changing to a 3 stars. Thank you Ryan!!

Good job thus far. I have taken 2 of my vehicles at this shop. Just not happy when the technician re-enters the cabin leaving smudges on the door panel and trim, driver seat, cluster when resetting maintenance minder, windshield when placing the sticker. Presuming the technician is wearing the same dirty gloves. This is extra work for me to clean after. Update as of February 2026 oil and filter change only. Not completely happy the way my car was treated. Fingerprints on door handle, windshield reminder sticker, dirt on driver seat and door entry bottom trim (see photos). In addition my vehicle was taken for a spin for around 4.2 miles after the service. I clocked the odometer when I dropped off. Appeared the technician used my car to pickup lunch or snack. See piece of a candy wrap in the door handle cup. Time to return to the dealer for future services and willing to pay full price where my vehicles are treated with respect.

Great service, easy to review and approve what needs to be done. Only gripe I have is I mentioned the battery light comes on and they said they couldn't get it to come on, but it was there the same day I picked up my vehicle. Please look into whatever the customer says is happening, even if the warning doesn't appear for you. Other than that, will continue to go to this shop for any services my vehicle needs as the experience was simple to schedule, review, and approve any work.
