The service was fantastic. Had a tire that needed repairing and everyone was very helpful. Could not find tire key and they worked with us to help in anyway they could. After finding the key they fixed the tire at no charge. Would highly recommend. Wait time was short and service great.

The manager was very helpful and informative. And proper air pressure was added to all of the tires. However after spending nearly $800 I would have appreciated my spare being replaced in the spare tire hole instead of just being tossed in my trunk.

We had a bad tire and damaged rim. Our service advisor was Eric, and he was courteous and professional. Eric had to order the tire and see to it that repairs were made to the rim. Great customer service. Checked my coolant leak for free. However, my only problem is the paper says they did a 30 point inspection, and that everything was good. My car had 4 low tires because of the cold weather. They didn’t even bother to add air for me. Not a deal breaker. Just kinda lazy in my opinion. Would recommend to whoever though. Nice people.

They really got me out of a pickle! Todd, Brandon and Chase were awesome. Very helpful, friendly, and skilled. I drove in from out of town for business and didn’t feel safe driving back with what I had going on - a wobbling tire, ABS light and other lights in. They jumped on it, got everything needed, and got me in tip top shape. Now I’m back in the road - safe: Will definitely use them again when I’m in the area. So I have bought 3 sets of tires from these guys over the past couple years and absolutely could not be happier with the service that was provided. Todd at the airline store was absolutely incredible to work with! The newest set were toyos and we had a vibration issue, after several different try’s at balancing the tire we finally got the smooth! It was not of any fault of Chabills at all just 1 stubborn tire that was difficult to get balanced. If you need a set of tires or any kind of maintenance done go see Todd and the guys, you won’t be disappointed!

I bought a trailer tire. The worker that did the work wa great but the "service manager" leaves alot to be desired. No hello just " what can I do for you". Not horrible but no conversing the entire time i was there. Then after I paid it was "here you go sir". No thank you or anything like that. Since my business is not appreciated there i will buy my next tires somewhere else from now on.

Purchase tires and had installed at the Airline location in Baton Rouge LA. After tires were installed I inspected my rims and found significant damage to each rim. The rims on my vehicle was purchased 3 months ago and I know there was no damage before new tires have been installed. I had the manager Todd take a look and also take photos to send to his supervisor. After two weeks of no contact, I decided to get the supervisor number directly from Todd and make contact. Spoke with Martin ( Vice President of customer service and sales) who was not pleasant to deal with by any means. I received a call this morning stating that they did not do the damage to the rims after looking at video. Martin informed me that he would not show the video to me. I have stopped payment on my card due to this issue. I would highly recommend staying away from Chabill’s tire and auto service in Baton Rouge La

Truly friendly and amazing service. They accommodated me perfectly even close to closing time. They didn’t have my tire in stock and I had a long drive home and they still assisted in getting me back on the road even temporarily!
