Took my car to Ford city in Champaign, Illinois and they had my car for a month and still could not figure out what is wrong with it. Got fed up with them messing around with me and went and got it and I am taking it somewhere else. Very very disappointed in this business

Do NOT take your car here! They are rude, unprofessional and customer service is non existent. I was told that calling a client (whose car is being "repaired" here for the 5 months) with an update is a waste of time. When you come in person, each time you are given a different reason on why they have not started working on your car. They do not provide a loaner car and do NOT care about their clients.

I brought my Ford chassis motorhome in for warranty work. Dan in Fleet Service (the truck service department) was excellent, keeping me informed and making sure the repairs were done properly and on time. It's nice to deal with people that are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a place to service your Ford truck or motorhome your first choice should be Champaign Ford City!

Purchased a brand new mustang from them not even 5k miles dealing with constant misfire issues. Brought it to this dealer twice for the same result. Be told they can’t find anything wrong clear the codes and send me on my way for it to happen again. Just ridiculous a brand new car already misfires even more ridiculous they can’t fix it.

Had a truck go down I was told if I had it towed in they could get to it fairly quick, so 2 weeks with it sitting in the lot untouched I towed it to Midwest diesel where it was fixed promptly with no issues this ford shop is an absolute joke. Never going back

I took my car in for an appointment on 12/26 which I made online. The service advisor informed me that they recently switched to a new scheduling system which was not in use on their website, and as a result I did not actually have an appointment. I scheduled another appointment for 12/28 in person. I returned on 12/28 and dropped my car off and picked it up the next day on 12/29. Immediately after pulling out of the dealership my steering wheel began oscillating about 20 degrees in either direction. I turned around, immediately took it back, and was told they would have it for the afternoon. I called around 5 having not received an update, only to be told they did not have time to look at it and would not until 1/2. I find absolutely unreal that they switched to a new scheduling system, did not update it online, left the old system up online, continued to allow it schedule appointments, and did not inform customers that appointments they scheduled would not be honored. Ford City followed that up failing to tighten a wheel after a tire rotation and kept my car for an additional 4 days, again failing to honor an appointment I had made with them.

Brought my car in for a “wrks” service twice and will not be returning. Supposedly, includes full fluid top offs and a full system check as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Both times they failed to top off the coolant. ALL wheels lugs were overtorqued by 50+ lb feet. Called to complain after doing it myself and was told “there must be an internal leak” and various excuses were made. I alerted the service advisor Nick Katsinas that the services were just plain not done and he said all I can offer is an apology. DO NOT take your car here for service without the expectation of a sloppy and half-done job. Photo included is my coolant level IMMEDIATELY after service.

Had my truck serviced several times throughout the past 6 years of owning my F150. Most times have been fine and get what you expect but this one really pissed me off. Recently I took my truck in for a recall that had been scheduled for 10+ days. Drop off at 8am was fine, the transportation back to my work I had put in place was all set and was told about 3 hours for completion. A little over 3 hours later I receive a phone call expecting to say work was all done and truck is ready to go. That is not what I received. I was informed the recall part was not on hand and the service could not be completed. Don't you think that you inform a customer of this before drop off and not pretend everything will go as planned when they didn't even have the part? Thanks for wasting my time away from work as well as the fuel there and back for no work to be completed and for this to need to be rescheduled another time. They did bring my truck back to my work after they informed me that no work would be performed.
