Purchased a brand new mustang from them not even 5k miles dealing with constant misfire issues. Brought it to this dealer twice for the same result. Be told they can’t find anything wrong clear the codes and send me on my way for it to happen again. Just ridiculous a brand new car already misfires even more ridiculous they can’t fix it.

Had a truck go down I was told if I had it towed in they could get to it fairly quick, so 2 weeks with it sitting in the lot untouched I towed it to Midwest diesel where it was fixed promptly with no issues this ford shop is an absolute joke. Never going back

I took my car in for an appointment on 12/26 which I made online. The service advisor informed me that they recently switched to a new scheduling system which was not in use on their website, and as a result I did not actually have an appointment. I scheduled another appointment for 12/28 in person.
I returned on 12/28 and dropped my car off and picked it up the next day on 12/29. Immediately after pulling out of the dealership my steering wheel began oscillating about 20 degrees in either direction. I turned around, immediately took it back, and was told they would have it for the afternoon.
I called around 5 having not received an update, only to be told they did not have time to look at it and would not until 1/2.
I find absolutely unreal that they switched to a new scheduling system, did not update it online, left the old system up online, continued to allow it schedule appointments, and did not inform customers that appointments they scheduled would not be honored.
Ford City followed that up failing to tighten a wheel after a tire rotation and kept my car for an additional 4 days, again failing to honor an appointment I had made with them.

Do NOT take your car here! They are rude, unprofessional and customer service is non existent. I was told that calling a client (whose car is being "repaired" here for the 5 months) with an update is a waste of time. When you come in person, each time you are given a different reason on why they have not started working on your car. They do not provide a loaner car and do NOT care about their clients.

Took my car to Ford city in Champaign, Illinois and they had my car for a month and still could not figure out what is wrong with it. Got fed up with them messing around with me and went and got it and I am taking it somewhere else. Very very disappointed in this business
