Took my car in for body and paint paid for by my insurance company Due to a break in. The car was running fine. Driving fine, no battery issues. When I went to go pick my car up, they had to jump it. It did not hold a charge and the battery was all of a sudden bad. The estimator told me that they had to jump it around the premises since I dropped it off which is complete bs. My battery was just fine. I've never had a battery issue The whole time I had my car until I took it to this place. Body and paint work was okay at best

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Took my car here as a referral from my insurance and they did absolutely nothing. Dan gave racist vibes and was asking unnecessary questions regarding my accident, insinuating and making odd assumptions. His demeanor was dismissive and has only caused a delay in getting my car fixed. I had to resolve by taking my car to another shop. Dont waste your time. These people are lazy.

I took my truck here in April. The job they were supposed to do was a frame swap as my frame had cracked and it was supposed to be a 2 month job. They told me it would take 1 month to get the frame in and 1 month to actually do the work. 2 month mark comes around with very little communication, and no truck being done. I kept getting told "next week, next week." When the next week came around, kept hearing the same thing. Apparently the guys who were working on my truck and took it apart somehow weren't there anymore and no one knew how to put it back together. When Torey was relieved of his duties, he told me outside their shop he thinks what happened and why it took so long is he thinks the guys who disappeared half way through the job threw my parts away. I pick my truck up, the same day Torey texts me saying he no longer works for Chapman and that I have to contact Chapman with any problems. I get my truck back and there's stuff broken that I didn't break, from my running boards, to my tuning and my SOTF, to my train horns missing. I have dash cam video of my truck not shifting right (truck was in the shop for 3-4 months sitting and I never once had a transmission problem before I took it in) and I was told it was "exhaust extension." They "fixed" that problem only for a month later for my transmission to finally give up on me and leave me stranded on my way BACK to the Chapman collision repair center. Don hamRick and corporate basically said they would pay $2k of a $6500 replacement transmission that has 92k miles on it when my truck only has 73k miles and they're saying it blew up in 73k miles. I am still currently going through this as I'm writing this and nothing is being done. Do not use Chapman collision, they will mess things up on your vehicle that weren't messed up when taken.

So I came and got my car looked at and he walked around it told me sorry it's a total loss . Be lucky to get 3400 $ so I waited couple days had a mechanic look underneath it since they didn't told me it look pretty good the insurance company offered me way more for my car and I get to keep it yeas as a salvage but that's ok my car only has 88 thousand miles so I went to pick a part got a bumper and Amazon got my lights and I'm good to go and I now can get it as A rebuilt title lucky my cousin boyfriend paints 😊 always get a second opinion

Insurance sent me here to get my car fixed after an accident, and I am so grateful they did. Dan was absolutely amazing!! He communicated with me through the entire process, which included delays due to insurance issues. I really appreciated his kindness, respect, and ease to get in touch with. You can tell he really enjoys and is excellent at his job, and I truly felt like he cared about me and my car and my overall safety. The office is also very nice, has an awesome espresso machine inside for customers :).

My experience was great. I liked that they kept me informed almost daily via text of the whole process. They did have to extend my finish date due to needing a part they originally thought they didn't need but overall They were fairly quick with the repairs. About a week to do the estimate and talk with me about everything and then 2 weeks for the repair. So overall I think they are a great place to go to. Everyone was friendly and the process was easy. The price I paid was my insurance deductible so no other out of pocket expense was necessary.

After a fender bender where the other vehicle left the scene, we chose Cashman Collision Center to do the repairs. We paid the $500 deductible when we picked up our repaired vehicle, State Farm paid the rest. I'm very satisfied with the way Cashman treated us, and did the repairs. I was kept informed of our status by text during the repair process. The vehicle was completed on the day it was estimated to be completed. It looked like a new vehicle when we picked it up, wonderfully clean and shiny. The paint on the new fender, etc., matches the existing paint job. All in all, my only complaint is that they are so busy it took two weeks or more to get in for an estimate. Once in, however, everything went very smoothly. I'm very happy with the job they did and our interactions with them.
