As someone who doesn’t like taking cars to auto shops, mechanics, and dealerships, I was seriously surprised at how these guys treat their customers. I came in to get my AC fixed and they got it done for half of what I was expecting and quoted anywhere else. They were super thorough with their explanation and even did an overall check of my car as well as some suggestions moving forward. Would highly recommend these guys!

This is my second time coming to Up & go auto! They did my oil change a few months ago. I was in and out in minutes. I just came back to them again to have my oil change again and to do my front brakes, once again they surprised me on how quickly the service was done. I'll be back to have my back brakes worked on and change the brakes fluids. Customer Service is always 💯

The shop is clean, the team is fast and efficient, and they got five things done on my car in one day. The waiting area is super comfortable—good coffee, cold water, TV, A/C, and comfy seats. I meant to write this review months ago in August when Jose fixed my AC during the scorching summer. My AC not only blows really cold air, it also has good pressure and cools the inside of my heated black car well. The best customer service too- offered a ride to and from his auto shop! He said he'd take care of me and not to worry, and that's exactly what he did. Beyond impressed!! AC is still working great!!

Came in for basic oil change and a transmission service. Ended up having more issues with my truck that I was unaware of at the time. They showed me everything before touching it. Ended up having to pull the transmission and change all gaskets and some coolant hoses! But they are quick and do quality work that's not a rip off! Will be coming here as long as this crew stays
