Actually diagnoses the vehicle instead of just firing the parts cannon. Good guy who knows his stuff and gives it to you straight without upselling, etc.

DO NOT make the mistake of bringing your car to these guys took my jeep in because of a hard start problem I told them if there was anything that they found that needed to be fixed let me know but ONLY repair what was causing the hard start they fixed the first thing they found (spark plugs) still after $420 and two trips in problem not fixed - their reply "will this is a little more complicated then were used to" finally I had to go elsewhere

Flashing check engine light came on coming back from WY north of FoCo. Made it to Charlie Brown. Donald was so helpful, friendly, and effective to fix the spark plug issue encountered. If I lived near Fort Collins, Charlie Brown's would be my go-to repair shop

I just experienced my first horrific mechanic experience. We were given an estimate that it would cost $1400-1500 to replace head gaskets on our daughter's first car. Without receiving any calls or explanations, the cost ended up being $2350 after it took twice as long as estimated it would take. And the worst thing of all is there is now a transmission error code that we will now need someone else to fix. I can't stress enough at how dishonest Charlie Brown's Auto Repair is.

This guy is a crook had made an oppointment a week in advance a week goes by never called I called him nothing but lame excuses I stopped by twice after work my car is setting in the parking lot hood up drivers side window down it sat there there overnight three nights more excuses I asked him what's up with that he says I don't know I closed the hood and the window so I asked him when my car is going to be fixed he says tomorrow I call the next day more excuses now its been two weeks more excuses I had a coolant leak he tells me he found the leak so he says he used epoxy to stop the leak so he runs a pressure test that line wasn't the line that was leaking so he says I will look a little harder his mechanic finds the leak in the line made of metal he takes a screwdriver and pokes a bigger hole in that line I drove that car to his shop now I can't drive it at all at first he told it would take a half a day to fix part would cost 45 bucks so I'm thinking it will be fixed that day no call from him I call him the next day car is not ready now he tells me it's going to cost 600 dollars I say not a penny more tell him to order parts and fix I wait two days no call from him I call him he tells me he can't do it for 600 all he had to do is tell me in the beginning that he can't fix it on week number 4 I call him and tell him I'm coming to pick up my car he says let me put some epoxy on that line charged me 294 dollars

Had to get my alternator fixed on my explorer. Not only was he super friendly, but they were also able to get it done the same day and at a fair price. Took my truck in to have the ac system recharged after I installed the new engine. They loosened my oil cooler clamp. I know they loosened it because I triple checked it. Blew off on the way home. They probably had a good laugh. Did not hurt a thing, as I shut it off immediately still rolling down the road. Don't even go there. I've driven it 200,000 miles since. Don't go there.
