Brought my 2013 Suburban in for an oil change and watched the lube tech drive my truck like it was his. As the tech went to park my truck he floured on the gas pedal between the service and lube building and took the turn which I could hear the tires screech. Nice to know this is how they treat customer vehicles. Mataga is where I’m going to go from now on.

Had some ongoing issues and finally sat down with the manager to get them to take care of me. As a loyal customer of over 30 years really didn't enjoy the last experience. Until this last issue I would have given them 5 stars all day long.

On Monday, November 20, we took our truck to the Chase Chevrolet service because a problem (leak) appeared in the differential, and to change the trim on the front doors because since we bought it it has been defective and until now they considered it to be a factory defect and they would change it. This problem had already been mentioned and when it was taken to a service the person who attended to us said that this was normal, and this last time on November 20, Angel Acevedo who attended to us said that it is a factory defect and that this problem had already been resolved. replaced two times in another truck, and therefore would be replaced. He also said that we would be provided with a vehicle while the truck entered service to replace and fix the aforementioned. However, it's been 8 days now and we don't have any vehicles because Angel says there aren't any available at (Hertz Car Sales Stockton) located at 2991 Auto Center Cir, Stockton, CA 95212, where Chase Chevbrolet has a contract. Due to this we have had to make extra expenses that Case Chevrolet must assume due to its lack of seriousness towards its customers. We sincerely hope that your service improves and does not cause us clients to go through very stressful situations due to the lack of professionalism in these types of situations. We need this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. We have already called us several times and they say that there are still no cars available, yesterday was the last time we called. Thank you.

I went there late on a Saturday. The customer service was good. I had to leave the car because they did not have the part. I was called on Monday and informed that the part would not get there until Tuesday. When I called them on Tuesday afternoon, the part still had not arrive. I was told to call back the next day. I did get the car Wed. afternoon. The cost is higher here but this was the one of the few shops open on Saturday afternoon.

Never again, Went for a oil change & check fluids, tires, brake pads. service mechanic didn't fill fluids needed, couldn't take lug nuts off. Not wanting to work on my car. Worse choice of going there, didn't reset gauge for oil. Waiting for them on an empty garage. 1 car inside nobody working on it.4 joking around with each other. Had to leave these clowns 🤡 & 1 asked me to wait another 10 minutes after I came twice for them to finish the job. They couldn't do their job.

Wanted to charge me 100 per spark plug when they usually cost 20 each at most. They wanted to charge me a total of 1,000 for a tune up. Tune up usually cost me at most 300 dollars so this made no sense to me. I notice this place tend to over charge clients that don’t know much about cars. There’s no reason why a tune should cost 1000 plus. I have had other stuff done here per warranty contract and they also charged a lot. I don’t recommend bringing your car here. Definitely better places.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Hector speaks to people so demeaningly. As someone who works in the car industry I could never ever picture speaking to my customers the way he does. I have a closer dealer but choose to bring business to the place I purchased the vehicle from . Travel an hr to you just to be treated the way he did. Does not feel like a “welcome home” service facility . Sad.
