Scar audio website is cheaper plus he does not run wiring in your car he only does stock ones so my system did not sound that good i give him a 1 starđź‘Ž Make sure you guys see what he really does on your vehicles.

This guy is a rip-off sold me a 12” skar speaker and a amplifier that can’t handle the speaker amplifier goes into protection mode. He also did the installation on a 2019 Ford F-150 and did not connect it right amplifier turns off when vehicle turns off at stop lights and pops when it turns back on which also caused damage to amplifier paid $ 750 for 1-12” speaker and amplifier and installation for nothing to work right and when asked to fix it he wants me to pay more money. He’s a scam

I went in as a walk in and was greeted right away with courtesy and respect they listened to what I was looking for and walked me around the store showing and explaining the products I would need to achieve my goal they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of equipment AND installation and I had my car back by end of day BUMPING HARD just what I wanted. April 27th 2023 The prices are Terrible , I went to him as I called first (I live an hour or so away ) told him what I needed / wanted . He told me he could install &&’ finish the same day so I went , he said it’d take an hour at max . I spent almost 3 hours waiting for my car with my 1 almost 2 year old . But not even 15 minutes into the installment he stops to go eat &&’ has his son work on it , which is no problem but after that his son waited 35 -40 mins for him to finish eating then he went to finish . My cars back camera doesn’t work now as he said suddenly he didn’t have my part &&’ I’d have to wait for it to come in . Not only was that frustrating but he broke a styrofoam of coffee in my car &&’ claimed that wasn’t already there &&’ left me with a mess to clean That was April 27th .. till this day June 21st I did not receive any notification/ call or email that my part was in he tried to offer me to pay to have a “better one “ installed , I text him June 21st for an update &&’ he said it’s been in for weeks ? Mind you my service has been paid for , Close it down👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great service from Chavez Electronics getting a backup camera installed on an older car. Service was professional, prompt, and the installation was exactly what I asked for. I had gone to Best Buy for the installation the prior day, and Best Buy was unsuccessful in doing the installation, and so I called Chavez. They got me in the next day when they opened, and had me back on the road by lunchtime the same day. Alex provides great, professional service. Recommended.

I'm kinda disappointed in this store. I'm old school. Grew up as a bass head. I know what it takes to get clean sound. The new stuff blows my mind. And when you walk into a retail store, you are here to compare with other places. When there's nothing on display to play with, it's disappointing. You come in for an experience and leave with more choices that could make you sad or happy. But when you have nothing to test and look at, you might as well go online and shop. It's sad to know this is the new trend. Back in the days, you used to be able to push a button on a wall and select a head unit. Then, pick a midrange or component. Then, push another button to choose an amp. Then, finally, you get a subwoofer to compete the setup. Now, if you're lucky, you get a box to look at. That's if they have it. Nothing was powered up. A few head units on the shelf out of the box to look at on one side. A few open speakers on the other side on stands. The center of the floor was a bunch of sub boxes, and half were empty. They had some amps in a showcase cabinet. Back then, every stereo shop had their own built vehicle to show off. Whether it was an employee or someone in management. Today, I'm not seeing the same efforts. And you want to show off what you can do. Maybe I'm being tough, but this is my review. 3 out of 5 for the whole experience. I'm might be closer to a 4, but I have my reasons.

So yesterday I decided to stop by to check out this shop not knowing if it was open or not, well when I got there and it was closed so I called the number and the owner answered and said he had just left he was at Walmart which is on the other side of town but if I wanted to wait he would go back and get me what I needed which were a pair of 6x9s not only did I leave as a happy customer and never had such a great experience with this type of customer service. Thank you very much I'm definitely coming back for my audio needs.

What can I say this man has help me gotten some better speaker and got a system when I messed up didn’t know I needed connection to the adapters to the amplifier but he help me solve the issues. The speakers I got from him are way better than the ones I purchase from Modesto audio pros sorry but not sorry they ruined my car but Chavez electronics made sure my car was done professionally. I would highly recommend anybody to go get there badass system because screw those who say it’s overpriced. Tbh it’s not he work with you as long as you can work with him.
