Stopped for vehicle inspection. Atmosphere: professional, and beyond the expected norms of the profession. Staff: knowledgeable. And to add more, they seem to know enough to start their own sitcoms/tv series on the subject. Attitude: very straight forward and to the point. Almost to a fault. No frills attached, strict proffesionism. Parking: plenty of parking and not busy when arrived on appointment. I would add a 6th star if possible, for the family friendly approach. Which now-a-days is rare to find. There are bunch of performance awards visible, behind the check-in desk and they all seem accurate.

Awesome, concierge customer service and one of the few honest auto repair shops. Bill, the owner takes pride in his shop. The shop is always clean and organized. The repair area is spotless. Most mechanics shops are filthy with oil stains and petro smells. This one is super clean. Honest mechanic - why? Took my auto to another place for simple synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that the engine seals or oil pan has a leak. Was also informed that the Mercedes Benz needed a tire alignement. The cost at the dealer to trace the leak, repairs, and alignment would be premium - which means expensive. Bill informed me the tire alignment is $149 and that his technician would check the oil pan and seals. Walaa, he confirmed everything was perfect and there is no need to do anything because no oil leaks. He educated me on alignment of Mercedes. Shared the steps his technician took to align wheels and informed me the auto is in good condition. Big thumbs up and kudos to Meineke for knowing their business. Most of all for their honesty. Cheers.

Bill at Meineke was very helpful and professional when it came to servicing my Jeep Cherokee Latitude for an AC recharge. He was able to get me an appointment within the same week and had the services done within 4 hours of dropping it off. He also checked the codes on my check engine light and provided insight on what the issue might be and how to resolve it. The office was clean, welcoming and spacious. I will definitely be back should the need arise. Very trustworthy.

Went to Meineke for from control arm replacement. Service was great, and the got my car done the same day I dropped it off, within 3-4 hours! Bill was great, and my car is riding smooth as can be. They also did a full alignment, and gave me the report for it. I will definitely be returning if I ever need any other work like this done on my car!
