I need to say that I read reviews but have never posted any. This was such a good experience that we needed to share. We arrived from ME and realized that our car air conditioner was on the fritz. Wouldn't have known that in ME until June. Found this business in a Google search and took a chance. Thank god we did. The owner was extremely accommodating and after several hours they figured out what was wrong. The part was ordered it was fixed timely. Highly & strongly recommend these folks. Would not hesitate to give them our business in the future.

We brought our 21 year old Chevy Astro van for a tune up, radiator flush, transmission fluid change, LOF (lube oil & filter). They got started and informed us we needed shocks, we had a twisted brake line and a few other things. Well, we naturally said "do what it needs". Afterall, your life depends on your vehicle being in tip top shape. They enen rotated our tires --after they cleaned them and the wheels. They even gave our girl a bath. That is how you judge how important a customer is to a business. They went above and beyond. It only took a couple of days. We are absolutely thrilled to find such honest, hardworking and competent mechanics. Oh, and they fixed the rear A/C (what a treat -- it's too hot to not have it). Besides, they have the most wonderful "ambassadors". Their dogs. Just adorable. Thanks guys, you are geniuses. The Stevensons 💯% awesome 👍😎 😁 👏

First time customer here. These guys are great. Very professional, honest and experienced. Was treated like a long time customer even though I was never at their shop before. They saved me a lot of money by being honest, I went in thinking my AC clutch was bad, they could have easily said the AC compressor needed to be replaced, but it turned out to be the cooling fan assembly, saved me a lot of time and money. Even though they were extremely busy, they got the parts and had the car back to me the same day. Not only did they do the repair correctly and professionally, I had a factory mud flap that was falling off (broken screws that hold it on sheared off) I realized they took it upon themselves to repair that also at no charge. They are curtious and if you call there and they seem a bit hurried on the phone, they are not being rude just really busy. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to them. These guys really are good, unlike these chain auto repair shops these guys are experienced and never once tried to sell you service you don't need or parts that you don't need. I haven't see this kind of service from an auto repair shop in the 15 years that I have been living here. Thank you guys for a job well done. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at fair prices and friendly and professional treatment.

When looking for an auto repair shop it’s hard to know who you can trust. After my experience with Chilled Auto I have no doubts I can trust them with my auto repair needs. My mothers car was leaking oil and received an estimate from Toyota in Tampa that the repair was going to be to the tune of $8000+. The gentleman at the shop said to bring the car down and let them do a full inspection. They called me same day and said to come pick the car up that it was already fixed. My bill out the door was $217. These guys already knew I had an invoice in hand for $8000, even if they told me $4000 I was going to be a happy guy. This is truly a business ran with honesty and integrity. Saved me $8000.

These guys are top tier. I've had multiple experiences bringing my car here when I'm having serious issues, and Nick and his guys have fixed every issue, and fast too. Even very complex issues like my stalling engine, which no one else could figure out, these guys got it solved in a day. Very very thankful for their work as they have saved me and my car on multiple occasions when I thought about throwing in the towel and buying a new car. My 2010 honda feels new now. Thanks again. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else as long as they are still around.

Nick and the team at Chilled Auto are the BEST in SW Florida. We have brought every vehicle to them and they take excellent care of us. They do not make up repairs or try to coerce you into something you don’t need. This is by far the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. I went there for a estimate on grand Cherokee A/C , they told me i needed a entire new system for $2400! it was a 2021 jeep with 30,000 miles, went to modern air and they fixed it for $1400 in two hours and it is ice cold.

I called to inquire on checking my brakes, as they sounded terrible. I called on a Thursday morning, was told the earliest on the schedule would be Wednesday the following week. However, Ben told me that they may be able to squeeze me in by Saturday since it was my brakes and viewed as an emergency. To my surprise, they called back and asked if I could bring it in that day. Since I didn't need my car, they did have it for almost two full days, but considering that they squeezed me in an already full schedule, I have absolutely no complaints with that. These guys are honest, they let you know what needs to be fixed now, something that may be in the future. I sent the invoice for my dad to review, since I don't know a thing about cars or really any auto repairs, and my dad was shocked I found such an honest auto repair shop. I can't express how happy I am that I brought my car here and will definitely be referring them in the future to my friends. Thank you so much, it feels like I have a brand new car!

Reviews don't give a choice for zero stars, but that is what you deserve. I took my vehicle to your shop for AC repair. You put it through an expensive diagnosis and told me I would need a $2600.00 replacement of the system. I paid your expensive diagnosis fee and left your shop. I went to a reputable repair shop and had my AC system repaired for $340.88. I waited for a few months to make sure the repair would hold up. My system works like new. You took my money and lied. I will tell everyone I know about your deceptive practice. It's now 5 months since another shop repaired my AC and it still works great!! You still owe me a refund of $166.72. I will check in two months from now. You told me you had pictures, well so do I. Lets see if they match. I want my $166.72 retuned to me as you have no knowledge of AC systems. I will bet that my AC works in the next 2 or 3 months as I will check back in to add to this post. 6/6/25 - Well hear I am, about a year latter and my AC still works perfect. You should at least admit you made a serious mistake with my vehicle. Put your man pants on and reimburse me. That will be the day you gain my respect!! 12/1/2025 My AC still works like new, really cold. You owe me a refund for scamming me. I'll repost when the real hot weather comes back. I really don't believe your a reputable shop.

We called and set up an appointment. We got looked at right away. The AC wasn't working correctly. They fixed it and then actually told us because it was such an easy fix we didn't owe them any money... Just give the technician a small tip if we wanted. They also said feel free to stop back by in a couple of days just to double check the system again. I feel like they have known us since high school… but this was the 1st time we've ever been there. Dan the CO owner took care of us. He is a wonderful gentleman with a HUGE heart. If you can support a small business owner like this it would be in everybody's best interests. 2 thumbs up thank you for taking care of us. Definitely a win win.

Chilled auto air, went way above and beyond helping me with my 1958 Willys Wagon. Vacuumed and charged four times because of faulty compressors.
