Worse experience of my life in this country. Staff treated me like a dog! The lady was extremely rude. Towed my car from right in front of my house with no prior advice! Tho they said there was a sticker on the windshield days before licking it up... this place, cervice and staff is a fiasco!

This place is not for the faint at heart. It’s quite muddy when it rains and is a bit confusing as to which building you go to once you cross the gate. I forewarn you it could be difficult to find depending on which GPS you use. As far as the work they do I can’t advise. I’ve only had to go there because they like to tow cars from The Robert apartments among others.

Verbal estimate will be vague from Becky who is not very friendly or a nice person if you are dropping almost 7K in their shop!! Ask for a estimate and you get “it’s what he told you it was” I think for 7K you need a response eh??!?? If you are looking for customer service then receiving vague responses that it might be this much but then again it might be this much. That’s the estimate they provide. Ohh and we will call you with the estimate and then Becky says it’s what he told you it could be. That’s your estimate folks!! Then being talked to like a POS by Becky is what you will receive. One day after picking up my truck everyone in the service dept goes on vacation after my airbags were not connected on the back of my truck and I start driving and here thuds… when I stop I see the back airbags are deflated… they DID NOT connect the cables!!! Yes folks you guessed it all for 7K, vague estimates and vague responses and ohhh I get to pay more money to have it fixed correctly. Will definitely be going to court on this one. If you are independent better look else where or you will be bent over!!

If i could leave negative stars, I would. I am a home health nurse, and was working and seeing patients in East Ft Myers. The tower admitted she saw I was not parking in the correct spot, circled the block, waited for me to get inside my patient’s home, then towed me. The neighbors report this is their regular practice. The signs on the building do NOT say anything about parking on the side of the street. And the parking spots all have apartment numbers on them... and no guest spots, so either way anyone visiting that building will get towed. The tow truck driver admitted she saw me parking incorrectly, admitted she knew I was a nurse, and waited for me to be inside to tow me. I am working, in my scrubs, with my stethoscope and nursing bag in arm! This is what I get for taking care of people? These SCUMBAGS prey on anyone and everyone. She easily could have said, hey no parking.. but no... the $100 was more important to her than me seeing patients and taking care of people for the afternoon. There is a special place in hell for these people. What’s next, Red’s? Gonna start robbing nuns??

I’m not sure where to begin. I’ll start with the fact that the vehicle I own was towed unlawfully and out of a guest spot from my mother’s community I’m visiting. “As a guest” . The violation on the vehicle said warning only and the box that said tow warning was clearly not marked. In less than 24 hours it was towed. These people are rude, ignorant, and I would argue they have about as many teeth as they do brain cells. The unprofessionalism is top notch! If you want to use the worst towing company in fort Myers you found it!!! Congrats Reds you are first in one thing.

This company is very unethical. They took an arrowboard with our company logos on it, from the county right-of-way, near a construction site we had been working on and then tried to sell it. When we confronted them, they refused to relinquish our equipment until we paid them their asking price. It is hard enough to survive as a small business in todays environment without having unprofessional companies like this out there stealing your equipment.

Really amazing genuine people. I know having your car towed from somewhere shouldn't be is always a crazy experience. However usually it's generally not the tow companys fault. Really nice people especially if you go in there being kind and nice. Was in a jam and They were willing to work and help me out. It's amazing what can happen when people can help people. My suggestion is if you have to deal with Reds ok auto repair Go in with a smile and some honey.

We would highly recommend Reds. We had 2 blow outs on our RV on New Years afternoon. Our AAA RV couldn’t find anyone for us. We called JR at Reds and he gave us several different tow and tire services to try and no one was available. So at 7pm he came and supplied 2 tires and changed the tires. He got us back on the road. He then ordered us tires and wheels and came to our RV site to do the repairs. He went above and beyond to take care of us.

Reds was referred to me to work on our class A motor home that we just purchased. First they did service work on it which turned out great. Then we developed a motor knock. Jr let me bring one of his mechanics too our house to listen and look. I thought it was a Rod knock. Jr said prob not. We had it towed there with me assuming new engine. They said to letvtjem diagnose the prob. They could of just sold me a 18000.00 engine job and been done with it. They did not, they checked over found a prob. Gave me est and fixed it. Very trust worthy and honest. I am a customer for good. I was a mechanic and build super late model race cars. They were very theral with what they were going too do.

STRONGLY suggest you read up on Florida towing laws for vehicles towed without consent BEFORE contacting them to pick up a towed vehicle. And definitely record any phone call with them. They will try to mislead you about the law for their convenience/profit. We were ignorant about towing laws and they made us wait TWO days to pick up a towed vehicle when by LAW they MUST release your vehicle at ANY TIME (24/7, even after business hours). We were also made to pay DOUBLE the fee for this, when we requested to pick up the vehicle the same day it was towed and were told “We are open tomorrow, by appointment only” LIES!!Proceed with caution and know your rights.

My girlfriend’s car was towed to this business, and unfortunately to say I believe they maybe running an illegal business, they took over 5 hours to report the car as towed, which is illegal by law. Even the sheriffs office couldn’t locate it until they finally put the tow notice in. Then the people inside while two younger people were nice however, the old woman that seemed to be running the place was extremely rude and condescending, she slammed the paper down on the desk to show us the price to get the car back. They also refused to show the Time the reported to the police. Overall just a terrible experience, I really hope this business will consider following the tow reporting laws, as well as fire the extremely rude old woman.

I used Reds towing company to move a 26' tow behind trailer from Ft Myers to Naples today. I had called many different tow companies and they were the only ones that offered to do it. They really are such nice people. I was working w/Rita the week before to coordinate the plans and she was always so polite and helpful. Mike made the delivery & he kept in contact so I could meet him. He was also so helpful and gave me pointers on the easiest way to get it set up. This business knows genuine customer care. I highly recommend!

I brought them Class A RV to inspect. Hugh MISTAKE . Price gouging is a understatement. The hour rate is fare @ $145.00 HR. But Grossly fabricate the time involved. I had a table top brace all set up , just needed 10/15 min to boult back back down to do. the job they billed me $450.. and billed me over $500 EA. to remove (2) Level jacks.. I watch one jack being removed 1/ 1/2 to complete. I couldn't get my RV out there fast enough. This is the first time in my long life, that I have taken the time to leave a feed back.

Although I’ve never been towed by Reds OK or done business with them before, I’m giving them 5 stars for their excellent customer service over the phone. Just a tip don’t park where you shouldn’t, and you’ll stay on their good side!

Amazing customer service and learns of new place for auto repairs and vehicles for sale they get new ones in every Friday. Very friendly knowledgeable compassionate staff. Will be looking to use them in the future for maintenance needs and potentially looking at a car from them in the very near future. Customer service and quality creates loyalty! Watching your guys clear a wreck was like watching people work in reverse. I don't know who was more useless tonight you or the 3 LCSO deputies blocking everything but making 0 attempt to direct traffic. In 22 years of professional driving I've never seen it take so long and have so many cars gridlocked that no one could go anywhere. It completely blows my mind that I sat in the same spot for 35 minutes. ( I had your guy flying in front of me 30 minutes prior on my way to run errands before picking up our food) which I got 25 min late but was less than a mile and 10 min early on purpose and still had to pay 50 for cold food. LOVE TRACY!!! After receiving unsuspecting news about my fiances car getting towed without our knowledge, we went over to get everything in order that we were extremely mad about. Not sure how Tracy managed this, but as we walked in boiling in rage she managed to put the fire inside us out with a simple hello and a smile. She didn’t have the fake friendliness that customer service reps have, she was genuinely happy to help us! We arrived with spite and left with a cool sense of relief. My fiance and I hope that Tracy gets paid heavy extra to compensate for the kindness she spreads, and everyone in the office appreciates her work. She was so understanding and fun to have conversation with. Remarkable woman!
