I’m so glad I found Florisun after several frustrating attempts at reviving my 07 Yukon. Julian and the team were refreshingly professional and effective in repairing the sunroof, recovering seat & console leather, reviving the sun-cracked dash, and outsourcing new window tint and a detail. Ivan and his son Daniel did an amazing job of taking care of me with my defective Ford panoramic sunroof. Try and get a Ford dealer to do the work and you will get screwed over by them. If Ford was as effective and did quality work like FloriSun they wouldn’t have multiple recalls and lawsuits to deal with. Thank you Ivan and Daniel. Also, Kelly who answers the phones is a pro at her job.

So I left a negative review a few months ago, I had my car looked at and no one ever got back to me or returned numerous text/phone calls following up regarding the cost of a repair. Well after leaving the negative review, someone reached out via text (apparently it was an accident that no one ever got back to me, which I was understanding so I deleted my review). I told the owner I would delete my review, and reached out maybe a month later to move forward with my repair. Well here we are almost 6 weeks later and again they will not respond. I have reached out again more than twice requesting to move forward and I’m told someone will get back to me on the schedule and I haven’t heard since. It’s really too bad. I am a customer basically begging you to take my money and you don’t want it.

I paid $850 for a sun roof seal that needed to be replaced but I had a leak issue that they spent over a week on. They had someone reseal the windshield as they couldn’t find the leak. It leaks even worse now. I see where the windshield isn’t sealed completed. This sucks. They said it might’ve been from the accident the car was in… it was a ding on the driver side door. Idk man, but part of this job feels like it was out of their range and they should’ve just stopped working on my car at the point of the seal that needed to be replaced and contacted me before continuing to mess around more as I now have puddles so much more quickly in my driver side. Communicating throughly would’ve been appreciated as this job now feels like a headache to resolve. I don’t care about the money, it’s more of the way this wasn’t resolved and I feel like they just pushed me in the direction of an actual body company.

I own a 1998 Audi Cabriolet. I dropped it off at Florisun for repairs on my convertible top. They all were very welcoming and informed me they will call me with an estimate. One of owners called me back (Daniel) and he explained that because of the age of my car and the special hydraulics in my car he referred me to a place in Sarasota. Daniel was on the phone with me for 45 minutes explaining my circumstances. He was very apologetic, it’s not that he couldn’t do it, he just wanted me to have the best hydraulic specialist in town. He told me that my car was a “gem” and it needed a specialist. Daniel never charged me for all their time. Thank you Daniel! I’ll be back for some repair on my leather seats. With customer service like this, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
