I have never been to a car repair place where the accommodation was this good. Seriously, it was like going to a 5 star restaurant. Barry and team rock. I had 2 separate requests for service for my car within two days. And both days, Barry made me feel like I was the only customer. While in the waiting room, I watched and listened to their interaction with every customer, and guess what——-they treat ALL customers the same, great way. If you aren’t going here for car service you better! I now have Barry on speed dial!

There aren’t enough stars or text space to explain how great everyone is at Walter’s! I have had to bring my vehicle here on multiple occasions for different things, from tire replacement to major issues. They have always been very kind, patient and understanding of any needs or concerns of mine. It’s a breath of fresh air to have an automotive center that is honest and looking to run their business with good morals not out to just make the next buck.

While on vacation and driving through the construction filled streets of Cape Coral, Fort Myers and other surrounding cities post 2 year old hurricane damage, we ended up with a new friend in our back passenger side tire; a bolt the size of Texas that was hissing like a snake. We were on our way to the beach on this morning and were set to leave for home the next day, so we were a bit worried. After Firestone (down the street) told us they had only two people working and a full day of appointments, we luckily found Walter’s Automotive. They got us in right away, told us our tire puncture was a good candidate for a plug, and got to work. We were in and out in about 30 minutes all while they took care of a few other customers simultaneously. The gentleman at the front counter was so kind and patient. THIS is customer service, my friends! Thank you for helping us out of a pickle!
