So far, getting my vehicle in to have the oil pan replaced, have been very fast. Other places I called were a week plus out, an not reasonably priced. Updated: got vehicle when told it would be done, for the price I was told, an the work is great. I would have missed out on this blessing, had I went off the negative reviews. To each their own tho. Thanks to everyone involved with Gulf Coast Auto Repair!!

Bill and his staff are wonderful. I've used this company several times and not only do they do great work, but Bill is fair, helpful and accommodating. I am on a fixed income and retired, and he has been more than helpful about working with me on fair prices. Everyone there is very friendly and courteous. I've referred several of my friends to them. Bill and his crew are great. Very upfront and accurate on what is needed, and they know their stuff. They will let you know what is needed, how much and recommend (NOT PUSH!) other issues you may want to think about. They will actually talk TO you and make sure you understand. Worst shop in all of north fort Myers staff is a rude as can be 90% of the workers don’t speak English when u ask them questions about what there doing there answer is well if u know this why you bringing it to a shop. I wouldn’t bring my car back here if it was the last place in town don’t make the same mistake I did. Also once I told them they weren’t working on my car and go to drive it home now it’s makin a popping noise in the rear end witch it didn’t do when I dropped it off what a terrible business

Scheduled appointment for Wednesday and arrived but I wasn't in the appointment system. Mr. Will changed the transmission fluid after getting the parts from Ford. I then had to go back on Friday due to a leak of transmission fluid. The leaking continued so I had to returned on Monday. I had the gasket replaced along with new fluid. The shifting got worse and on Tuesday my transmission shifted down from 10 speed down to first speed. I then had to tow it to Ford for diagnostic and repairs. Mr. Will did his best but I probably wouldn't use this company or service again. After spending nearly $1000.00 I was in worse shape.

This repair shop has a new owner, a young family giving it a go. My experience today was excellent. My repair was done correct and on time. Like most big repair companies that try to sell you a bunch of uneeded repairs, I asked to have one thing fixed and the job was done right and I was charged what I was quoted. So if you are like me and don't trust the big guys to not rip you off give this repair shop your business, you will be treated fairly and not jerked around.
