Great service done quickly! They were ready to get started on my car right away when I arrived for my appointment and finished faster than they had estimated it would take. Once I was leaving it had started to rain pretty hard and they let me drive my car straight out of the garage so I wouldn’t have to get wet. Will definitely be going back next time I need to have work done on my car!

I have used Pam’s Motor City quite a few times over the years. Memorable moments include: 1. A valiant effort to figure out what was causing a leak inside my 2004 Ford Mustang Convertible (took a few trips over there during the Florida rainy season back in 2018/19 or so), efficient and dedicated. Like detectives. They fixed it. After almost 16 years of ownership I traded old girl in. 2. Just today (2023) I realized I had a punctured tire - a nail in my 2020 replacement Ford Mustang Convertible drained me to 9 PSI on my way to work, I called them and limped in. Amazing service again! I’m sure I’ve been in for other things, but I’m not going through my service records for this post. Just want to let the local community know that this is a great and dedicated auto service business. 10/10

Most honest & trustworthy car shop I've been to, across many states. Multiple times I've gotten estimates from other places that seemed way too high. Ended up waiting til I could bring my car here, to find out "several of the items suggested are not necessary at this time", and/or could be done by them for cheaper.

Verdict Is In. I made an appointment with establishment. A popping noise coming from engine. On Friday they had possession of my vehicle. I call later that day and was told as soon as they get any information they would let me know. Friday came and went. I called on Tuesday and was informed that they are not hearing any popping noise from the engine. However, the popping noise is coming from the suspension and they will put it back on the lift to verify. I called on Wednesday and they did say the noise was a suspension issue and the cost to fix it is $1079.40 with a wheel alignment. I authorize the work. I was notified that I can pick up the car on Thursday. U picked up the car on Friday morning. GUESS WHAT! THE POPPING NOISE IS STILL HAPPENING PLUS SOMETHING IS LOSE CAUSING A RATTLING. I call and informed the facility. They told me I can bring the car back because they want to make sure everything is to my liking. I asked them what if I am correct about the noise. Who will fit that bill. (Crickets) After paying such money and they telling me that they took care of the noise. WHY WOULD I WANT TO TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK THERE. Money lost to another mechanic outfit. Sept 13th-20th 2024

This is not my first time using this shop, I bring my car here regularly. But after what happened this time, I had to write a review to let others know. They’ve always done an excellent job taking care of my car. Unfortunately, this time they made a mistake that led to some minor damage to my car. Most places would deny their fault or try to do the least that needed to get done to do what’s right at their expense. These guys, though, didn’t just offer to fix the problem, but they paid and covered every extra expense to restore my vehicle. At the end of it all, I walked away with my car as good as new (prior to this incident) and blown away by their great customer service. You guys have a costumer for life! - Julio D.

Very friendly staff both in front and in service area. Was told to block out an hour for my service request, which was a four wheel alignment, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. As I waited in their comfortable waiting room, I could see and hear that they handle very simple mechanical vehicle’s needs to certainly somewhat complex service requests. It’s probably important to make an appointment, as it seems they will not take in more work then can be handled in a day. I plan to return with other vehicles in my possession as well have recommended to family and friends the value and service provided.

My parents are Ft. Myers locals and have used Pam's Motor City as long as they have lived here. I am traveling from out of town and my car broke down, and Pam's is the only place we really trust. They are so honest, and it's really hard to find these days.....I spoke to Jim and he was super professional, got my car in and out of there; they are super nice and relaxed, during a stressful situation. If you need auto help, Pam's Motor City is just the best in Ft. Myers....they are so dependable, oh and their shop is spotless!!!!!

My friends Chris and Tammy recommended Pam's. I shopped around for the best deal on tires, beleive me. I called over 10 shops and NOBODY had the price Pam's had! I made an appointment, showed up early and was in and out in 30 minutes too. Out the door for 2 Ironman All Season Touring Tires for $238.35, balanced and installed. I'm extremely happy and have also recommended Pam's already to many folks. Ironman Tires are a subsidiary of Cooper Tires out of Ohio. Very quiet and great tread on slippery rain.
