After a regular first time maintenance visit to Toyota Service in Naples, they said everything was fine but I noticed a bump on my front bumper, and next day multiple screws and plastic falling off under my car. It worried me sick. I inquired multiple auto care and another Toyota service, they didn’t even bother to look at the bottom of my car and gave me expensive quotes over thousands. I came to make an appointment at Tuffy and at the appointment they lifted my car and at least pushed out my front dent and aligned the black plastic and body parts together. They also did screw parts to hold the plastic under my car together again. Previously, I went to CarMax service center and they wouldn’t even look at my car unless I bought the car from them. I was also bombarded with trade in request so they can make money. I went to Toyota service and also wasted time with sales people trying to get me to trade in for $40k in loans. They all gave me a quote of over $2000 in repair costs and parts. I came to Tuffy and they put the nails and screws back for me for just $1.75 in parts and labor $25 and even pushed out the dents which I had previously got a quote for $1000 to do that in Germain Toyota of Naples. I’m so appreciative of what they did. Thank you!

Owner is honest and fair he took me out and showed me what was wrong with my car helped me out with the price. I was recommended to come here by some of my friends from church and I'm so glad they did. I'm always worried I will get ripped off going to a car place but I didn't feel that way at all here. When on the phone with them explaining my problems, they insured they would be able to fix it. I have had three previous Mechanic shops told me the same thing and send me packing with no repair. With a problem existing for almost 2 1/2 years, they were able to repair it in just a couple hours. They kept their word, and I will not be going to a different mechanic shop as long as I live here. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. God bless this shop.

So I had ended up with a nail in my tire as I've been doing a little doordash and sometimes I have to deliver to the industrial park. As a car enthusiasts I figured I'd just take my tire off myself and have my mom get the tire taken care of while I'm at work. My mom said she had a seamless experience with very helpful service. The amount of the patch/fix was only $5 dollars more than a "do it yourself" kit that you'd buy at autozone. I'm just going to take it here next time and not worry about struggling to try and do it myself.

Either inept or dishonest! I took my car in for an oil change and they reported back that I needed $2k worth of work for a leaking valve cover. 2 more mechanics, after this, evaluated and said that I had no leak and that there was "fresh" oil absolutely everywhere. After one mechanic cleaned the mess, I had no more oil spills/smells/issues. When I posted on Facebook, multiple people reported that they experienced similar experiences.

I am a typical snow bird down here for a few months in the winter. I had purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX a coupe years ago to leave down here. It had a few issues and I brought it to a Lincoln in Naples. They could not fix the 2 problems but charged me $900 and said its fixed. My cousin told me about Tuffy's last year 2025 and they fixed the head light issues and this January 2026 figured out the none acceleration issue. The Lincoln Dealer in Naples said they fixed it but the problem came back in just a week. I can't say enough good things about Tuffy's on 41 in S Ft Myers and the follow up Customer Service call they gave me was great. Unfortunately Customer Service of the good old days is gone, but not at Tuffy's.. Great Job Thank You!!
