The service is friendly, the prices were good. The tires I ordered online we're in stock, no bait and switch going on. I couldn't get the brake work I wanted done because it got too late. I have a few weeks to take care of that anyway. Facilities look like they're brand new. Complimentary coffee and water are available. Seating is comfortable. You can charge your phone if you bring your own cord. I'm updating the staff comment and adding 2 stars. Ray Hankins, Store Manager was super accommodating with my late appointment. The tech was about to leave and stayed for my job. Both with a smile.

My son stopped in to get new tires because his were worn out and he had picked up a nail. They got him in within a half hour of closing time. They changed the tires and did an oil change as well. He got a great deal on a new set of Goodyears. I highly recommend them—they were fair, honest, and upfront. It helps this dad who lives in Ohio to know they took good care of my son and didn’t overcharge him.

I had two new front tires mounted and an alignment on my SUV. Very confident with the manager - Morgan, he gave me excellent advice and made the deal with road hazard coverage, very reasonable. Morgan actually did work on the tire replacement and alignment with the service tech working in the garage. While I was in the customer waiting area, another manager, Ray, gave sound advise to several customers. I would recommend this Tire Kingdom location and crew, to anyone that is in need of auto care, for fast and honest service. Thanks guys, I feel much safer now!
