Upon initially going in and having my car inspected for front end noise, I was told I needed ball joints and bushings. After being told by another mechanic it was the struts and strut mounts I was surprised by this, but decided to give C Mark's a chance, (they seemed honest and had good online reviews). After the repair taking twice as long as promised, I got my car back and asked if the front end noise was resolved, I was assured it was. Upon test driving the same noise was present and Mark said that new bushings sometimes take time to seat. Long story short when the noise persisted and I went back a few days later, I was now told I did in fact need new struts, strut mounts, and springs for almost $1000. A experienced mechanic wouldn't of known this initially? In the end I went elsewhere where they told me I didn't need to replace the springs, (saving me money) and gave me a better overall price for the job. After replacing only the struts and strut mounts the front end noise was completely gone. There's no question I was given the run around by C Mark's and taken advantage of. In short avoid C Mark's at all costs. I don't believe them to be honest and they will take advantage of customers wherever they can doing unnecessary work.

I think C Mark’s is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. I was referred to them from the car dealer, for warranty work years ago, and have never gone back. The wait is a little long sometimes in season but that is because they are trustworthy and have earned the business of many. I would say that C Mark’s stands for old fashioned service, stands behind their work and their prices are fair. It is nice to have a mechanic that you can trust.

I have a 09 Challenger and from the first time I was recommended to their shop, I have been a loyal client. They are dependable, reasonable, and most of all professional. I have personally worked with Steve (a technician) and Keith (the service advisor) and I wouldn’t think of taking “Vader” (my Challenger) anywhere else. If you want your vehicle taken care of the first time without any hidden charges, C Mark’s is the ONLY place to go. Tell them Davion with the black Challenger sent you!

Used to be good. New shop manager Keith doesn't stand by the work of the shop. Was told vehicle had two issues, paid to have both issues fixed. Problem persisted and he wanted to charge me an additional $1,700. And told me I was out of luck for the previous $700. Took my vehicle around the corner to Complete Auto Repair and got it fixed for $165. Go there stop going here. I should've taken them to small claims court but because of the hurricane some things I just let go these days. But everyone should know about this guy ruining CMarks . Can't believe they don't stand by their work. That's the most egregious thing an auto repair shop can do

We already gave $2000 to fix our AC. Almost $600 to bump up the freon. Now they want another $2000. Not going to happen. If they stood by their work they would fix the car the way they should have and absorb the labor cost. Just bad business! They should have said don't spend the money on the freon. Will never return! Warning to new customers.

I dropped off my 1995 truck at 8am for complete brake repair, which included replacing rotors and calipers, inner/outer bearings, and fuel filter. C Mark's Auto had the best prices for the repair and the work I had done is covered for 2 years 24,000 miles. I did not wait for my vehicle because they said it would take several hours, but they do have a waiting room. C Mark's Auto Repair was recommended to me by a family friend and I will now be recommending this business to others. I hope you have the same positive experience. Make sure to call first to set-up an appointment because they are busy (likely due to their great service and rates).

I had my vehicle there to have serpentine belt and a water pump installed. Keith said it would take approximately 3 to 4 hrs. Well, two days later, I did not have my vehicle. I finally got a ride there late on the second day at 4:30 p.m. They said that they could not get the engine light to turn off. The engine light was not on when I took my car there. I said that I needed my car and left with it. Well, he said he had to order the part too get the engine light to turn off. He charged me for the part and labor. Keith said he would take some off of the price. He never did do that. I had to take my car back to get the engine light to turn off. I will never go back there again. Keith was not honest with me. God only knows if he put in new parts. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was referred to this shop from tire Kingdom in Cape Coral because I needed my wheel bearings replaced. Although it was a long drive for me, I brought it to them and left the vehicle. I received a call to say both wheel bearings are bad and that it would cost $1,100 to fix them so I gave them the go-ahead. Then I was told that I probably should replace the sway bar arms which would make the total $1,300 which is a little more than I wanted to spend. But I said go ahead but I need to make sure I have the car back on Friday. This was a Thursday. I didn't receive any call on Friday so I called into the shop and was told that their technician didn't get to the job in time and they were going to need the car over the weekend which is a huge problem because I needed it to pull my boat on Saturday. I did receive a call Monday to say the vehicle is done but that the bill was $1,650 which was a surprise to me. I explained to the shop that I didn't give them permission to fix anything else and they proceeded to say that it needed a few other parts but nobody bothered to call and ask me or tell me. I would not recommend bringing a vehicle here if this is the way they do business and now the vehicle pulls to the left significantly after I picked it up. I also told Tire Kingdom that they probably shouldn't recommend this shop to anybody. Part of the problem is they don't have one person dealing with the vehicle. I talked to one gentleman when I dropped it off. I talked to an older gentleman on the phone about the original estimate. I talked to a female on the phone when I was told the vehicle would not be done and then when I actually picked the vehicle up it was another person who said they were off all week so they were out of it.

The mechanic personally came out to meet me and give me suggestions and tips to improve reliability specific to my car outside of original intent of visit. Great personal touch. LIFE SAVERS!!! I was in Ft Myers visiting family and planning to leave the following day at 4 am, my Jeep thought differently. My radiator started leaking at the seam the night before. I called them first thing in the morning, explained my situation and was told to bring it in. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was on the road that afternoon! Back home I manage an auto repair shop as well and I know how hard it is to make things like this happen, so hats off to the crew for making it happen!!! Those are the special days, which proves, there is still good humans on this earth. I had a very bad day along being very stressed and just not feeling well. On top, suddenly I had a flat tire. What to do in a area you dont know - just felt helpless... By chance I saw this mechanic shop in the nearby area and drove by. To make long story short: They fixed my flat tire. They were generous and helped me on a day and in a very difficult situation, to me, they were like angels that day. The lady in the front was super friendly, understanding and took care of me. The mechanic did all the fixing and gave me an advise about some issues with the tire. I can only say: Great Job and well done. I just wanted to share my gratitude and a big thank you to this shop, you guys are rare and it was very encouraging what you have done to me. THANK YOU!!! Definetly would recommend to anyone, and will come back!!!
