I was able to get an appointment quickly. They explained exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately, A part had to be ordered so it took a week for the repair, but that wasn’t their fault because as soon as the part came in, I got my car back the same day. They were always extremely friendly answered my questions and I will definitely go back.

I arrived on time for my 1:00 PM appointment to get an alignment for my car. I was told the service would take about an hour, so I returned at 2:30 PM. At that point, I was informed that my car was just now about to be worked on. I’m frustrated because no one notified me that the shop was running behind schedule. If my appointment time wasn’t going to be honored, I would have appreciated being told. I’m trying to understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment if my car isn’t going to be serviced anywhere near that time.

This Firestone is unlike an other around. With top notch technicians and 5 star customer service, it's the best experience I've had when it comes to car maintenance and service. They separate themselves from the rest of the competition in every aspect. They have proven time after time that they aren't in the car service industry for the money, I truly believe they care about your safety on the road. Jimmy the store manager has always treated me and my family with great regards and has always promptly taken care of me and my family. He is just outstanding. I can honestly say they truly care and I wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. Thank you Jimmy and your staff for all your hard work and caring for your customers as if they were your own family.

Scheduling was easy. The staff seemed professional. I also appreciate the vehicle check and the service recommendations provided. However, there is room for improvement regarding the accuracy of the information shared with customers. When I called prior to my visit, I was informed of a promotion for a full synthetic oil change that included a $25 gift card. Upon receiving my bill, the total was higher than expected. I was then told that the promotion only covered a certain quantity of oil, my vehicle required more, there was an additional charge. I paid, still expecting to receive the gift card. When I inquired about it, I was given a card to scan, which I later realized was specific to a tire promotion. I called and was directed to Pennzoil.com, where I found a section for gift cards for oil change. I confirmed with a Firestone employee that this was the correct promotion. However, after proceeding through the steps, I discovered there was no option to select a gift card—and upon reviewing the terms again, I noticed the promotion had actually expired the previous month.

I can understand that it takes a while if they are busy to get to a car but we came in with an appointment for a diag check we were told it would take 2/3 hours but it took 2 hours to even get the car out of the parking lot into the shop and it’s taken 3 hours for them to even look at the car because I’ve been looking at it through the window and not one person has looked at it. it’s the only car in the shop that’s isn’t being worked on. We even asked for like a ballpark of what time it would be finished and they couldn’t give us an answer

Convenient location and polite, professional staff—but two hours to diagnose and patch a tire is much longer than average. The shop also seemed understaffed—my car was done for about fifteen minutes, but my keys just sat on the desk while one employee handled check-ins. On top of that, whoever worked on my car left a grease and dirt smudge on the gear shifter. Little details like that—on top of the long wait times—matter and really impact the CX.

I've been a regular at Firestone for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the service is consistently outstanding! Jimmy Rose, the store manager, is a rockstar. He always remembers us, greets us with a smile, and patiently answers all our questions – no matter how basic (and trust me, sometimes they're pretty basic!). The newest sales associate, Jovanny, is also a fantastic addition to the team. He's always there with a smile and provides excellent customer service. It's clear that both Jimmy and Jovanny are dedicated to making sure customers leave happy and well-informed. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly auto shop, look no further than Firestone! And if you see Jimmy or Jovanny, tell them I sent you – they deserve all the praise!

Had a few issues with my vehicle and needed work done before a trip to New Jersey. Jimmy, Sherrie and staff were very friendly, fair and explained everything that needed to get done. Had the work completed and was able to complete my trip. Shortly returning from my trip, I had a new issue with my starter going bad. They were able to get me replaced and back on the road in no time. Highly recommend! Thank you Jimmy and team!

Jimmy and Sherrie and the whole staff were wonderful! Took my 4Runner in for strange noise in drivers front wheel. Techs diagnosed it lightning fast as a wheel bearing and had it swapped in a few hours. Went in with uncertainty on the issue and left with all the confidence and gratitude knowing how good of a team this store is.

I am very disappointed with my service here. I spent about 3000.00 to have services performed on my van. One of the services performed was replacing my oil cooler. My oil level has been dropping ever since, and oil has been all over the engine. I took my van back to them, and I was told it was residual oil. It is not, oil keeps escaping. Very, very disappointed. After spending all that money, I now have a serious, potentially engine-damaging situation.

Ryan was very helpful and stayed on top of my cars new tire instillation. Communicated issues as they arose and even pointed out my new battery was almost dead again. I reckon I probably have a bad alternator ect. Wouldn't have known about it otherwise. And I tested it myself as well, they where honest and took care of me. It was a little expensive I'm sure I could have gone elsewhere and saved a few bucks but it was convenient and they did the job right the first time. And that's my number one concern getting the job done right the first time. Can't ask more then that, definitely coming back here again when I save up for my truck tires.

Came here for the 1st time on 1/2/26. Very nice Staff, big thanks to front rep, i think whose name is Jimmy(not to shure) for his much attention and care! Why a 4 star? For their great work and Jimmy's customer service, why not a 5 star? We'll to be honest, the scheduling and getting work done according to schedule. I made an appointment for 8am. Was an alignment, this was done in about an hr, but not until pass noon. Was my quirk truck so I needed it asap, and that delay was not pleasant. So there you go, this was my experience. I know this is something that time to time they can't control, but this was the very reason I chose early appointment, and to be fair, after dropping my truck off, was told it would be completed and ready in 2 hrs. But never the less, I will be trying them again in the future and see how it goes. Over all, like I mentioned, really appreciate their work and customer care apart from timing!

We arrived with a nail in the tire. Before that, the car was driving fine, except for the slightly deflated tire. In the end, after their "inspection," we got the car back with our completely deflated tire... and a gap tire... and with their recommendation to buy new tires from them for an exorbitant price, and wait for when new tires arrive to them shop.....!!! Well....When you can just go to a NORMAL COMPANY where you can : and change, and repair, and buy a new tire at a NORMAL PRICE, not inflated price... I do not recommend them at all. In the end, we had to go to a normal place, buy a tire there, come to them, and change the tire ourselves on the spot... A very interesting experience... So we drove there by our tire with the nail , but its was normal pressure ... But after them "inspection " we got , what we got ....

These guys get customer experience. I feel like any other tire shop would have gouged me for a new tire. In fact I came in just expecting I needed a new tire. Instead Robert, one of the managers said well hold on, a new tire is $270, let’s check if we can save your tire with a plug. And guess what, they saved it. This is the very definition of “surprise and delight” in customer experience. I was ready to pay $270 for a new tire. I had already mentally prepared for the worst case. This is what I will take back to my CX team as an example of “surprise and delight” - I was mentally set on the worst and got a very welcome win! Way to be uncommon Firestone! Bravo gentlemen (Robert and Jason). Footnote: neither Robert or Jason knew that I work in CX.

Jimmy at Firestone was amazing to work with. He was super friendly, attentive, and took the time to really help us understand what was going on with the car and why certain work was recommended. He explained everything clearly without any pressure and made sure we got a great price. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Highly recommend!
