While embarking on our vacation with our travel trailer, we faced an unexpected challenge when one of our truck's AT tires failed. Given the size of our tires, 35x12.50x20, finding a local shop that could deliver them by 5 pm proved to be difficult. After several calls, I reached out to Mickey’s, and it was a decision that changed our journey! They not only went above and beyond to ensure our truck's overall safety but also managed to get us 4 new tires in just 20 minutes. Do not have work done at this shop 100% rip off was told I need multiple repairs struts etc but all I needed was an alignment that they didn't properly do brought it to Toyota dealership after they told me I needed $3,000 worth of struts It wasn't my alignment. Toyota dealership showed me that my struts were 100% perfect and working order and my alignment was off explain that. So they're going to try to fix my alignment after my $1,000 worth of tires wore out on the front because of a miss done alignment. But instead they came up with a fictitious job to get me to pay money to have my struts replaced then they would do my alignment which none of that needed to be done. So definitely fraud shop just there for the money not there for customer service or anything All it was was a simple fix on my vehicle and they could not perform that. Stay away had multiple people in the community said wow you went to that shop they are known for being a ripoff

Service was top tier. Reserved an online appointment and picked the tires. They were ready for me when I got there. Last minute asked to include a oil change…no problem. They verified all pricing with me and checked the car over, to be sure it was everything was in proper working order at no charge. Super friendly and accommodating. Prices were excellent…I am very happy with the experience and the improvements in my car were noticeable as soon as I drove it. Highly recommend and my shop of choice going forward.

I got a flat tire on my way home from work and it was unable to be patched. I happened to pull over at this shop as it was the closest place and it was the best place I could’ve pulled over. Ron was beyond helpful, it was close to closing so I didn’t expect it to be fixed same day but first thing the next morning I got a call from Daryl about getting my tire replaced and it only took a few hours since it had to be ordered and replaced. The price was great and the service was amazing, Ron made sure that I was safe before closing up the shop and leaving when my tire was flat. I will 100% be recommending this shop to others.

A snowbird .. RVr .. Single female ... I was recommended to Mickey's last year for an oil change and general 'all point check' ... A place I won't ever forget on the road! Honest, compassionate and thorough. I checked on parts prices.. they do not gauge on markup .. I came back this year and felt extremely comfortable coming back to Mickey's for services.
