I went to tire choice with a flat tire, and they were able to order and replace my tire the same day at a great price. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Choice tire for any service. They really did seem to care.

Went for a simple oil change, which i purchased a groupon for, making it my first time at this location. My groupon included tire rotation as well, but upon arrival i let them know i just wanted the oil changed and nothing else. After about an hour of waiting they come back and let me know i have a "tear" in my cv axel boot. Mind you they emphasized a tear. After the outrageous quote i received i left in search of something more affordable. When i brought my car into my uncles shop he informed me, and physically showed me, it was not a tear but in-fact a perfect hole. Which anyone who knows about cv axel boots and how they perform is it dang impossible for it to rip a perfect hole. Extremely disappointed and will never bring my business to scheming mechanics. If i could give no stars i would.

On Labor Day I needed to have a service done and Tire Choice was the only place open. Marlene was so pleasant on the phone, and when I came in her and the team quickly solved my issue. Then my tire light decided to come the next day. I work in Naples, so I just knew every place would be closed by the time I returned home and I didn’t want to chance getting a flat on 75 if I waited one more day. But I saw that Tire Choice closed at 7pm. I hate being that person to come in last minute but Marlene was able to squeeze me in to have everything checked, and she didn’t make me feel like she was irritated that I came in late. I’m just really appreciative of the customer service from this auto shop. This will be my first go to now! Thank you!
