The guy wanted $65 to quote a repair on a front fender & wheel. 5 minutes of work. 3 other shops around did it for free, so really a waste of time.

2001 BMW 525i Wagon. My car required a complete cooling system overhaul. Final cost to complete service required was less than half quoted by other repair shops near by. Service was completed faster than expected, just one day needed to replace radiator, water pump, thermostat, and cooling system hoses... Great customer service and communication. Excellent mechanics, good people, and fair prices. We were driving through LA on a roadtrip and broke down in Chino late at night. Our tow truck driver recommended Chino Auto Repair over the first mechanic we chose and we are so happy we listened. They got us in first thing in the morning and had us on the road again by 2pm. The people were kind and attentive, taking time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. They worked super efficiently, keeping the labor cost low. Next time I break down, I hope it’s in Chino!

I called to inquire about replacing a front bumper and how much it would cost, and to slightly paraphrase, the man I spoke with said that it would be too hard to explain to me what parts I needed to buy and that by the time he explained what I needed and what labor might come with it, that it was just not worth it and I should just look for another shop. I mean, condescending much? What kind of service is that? I had genuine questions and instead of addressing them, he just dismissed me and told me to look elsewhere. I’ll go ahead and do that then.

I found Chino Auto Repair & Collision through a Google search. The face plate on the bottom of my car was damaged and the whole plate needed to be replaced. I called and let them know what the issue was and asked for a quote. They kindly let me know that I would need to come in so they could assess the damage and give me a quote. So I went in the next morning and was given a very reasonable price and they asked if I would like them to fix it. I said yes. They let me know that they would have to order the part and it would come in the next day, I said no problem. They called me the next day and I came in. While they had my car up to fix it, the very kind mechanic asked me if I could follow him into the work area so he could show me something. He showed me the damaged area and let me know how they were going to fix the problem. I deeply appreciated that he showed me this. After this I was in the waiting room for a very short time, and then on my way out the door with my fixed vehicle. They ask for payment upfront. Thank you Chino Auto Repair & Collision for your great work ethic, kind service, and very reasonable prices. You are appreciated!

I have an older BMW that I have been taking to Chino Auto a couple times over the last 2 years. Each time the issue was fixed and at a great price. This past visit I had a leak coming from the car that I didn't inspect well myself and had it towed to them to check out. They took a look and found a minor problem and fixed at no cost. I came in yesterday to get a small car repair fixed got a great quote and left it for the night. My Hood Latch Lever for my BMW was not working at all. The Great Owner of the Shop “Sarkis”came out and checked it out himself then he’s technician and him figured out my release cables were burnt and the latch was broken. At the end they installed new parts on the car and it’s as New I want to thank Sarkis and his Amazing team at this shop They always go Above and Beyond on the service they Provide. I can’t say enough about the incredible job William did on my Porsche. What started as a stressful repair after an accident turned into one of the best automotive experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, Sarkis and William treated my car as if it were his own. He went far beyond just “fixing” it, he perfected every detail, all with original parts.
