About two weeks ago, I ran over a pretty fat nail on my way to work with my rear left tire. The tire went from about 34 PSI to around 22 PSI over the course of 8 hours. The next day, I called about getting a tire patch and Jay told me to come in and they’ll see what they can do. I brought my car in and Jay and one of the other gentlemen working took my car in and patched up the tire within 30 minutes. I, unfortunately, don’t typically carry cash on me so I didn’t have the cash to pay for the service. I just thought I could’ve paid by card, but no matter! Jay told me “don’t worry about it. Just take care of it whenever you’re in the area again!” I’m sorry, what!? I mean, of course I was going to pay for the service. So I left to an atm and returned and paid for the tire patch. The efficiency, kindness, and quality of service from Jay and this shop is outstanding. Thank you.

My husband and I have been coming to Sham and Jay for years (15+ yrs). These guys are honest and really knowledgeable with their work! They are well capable of repairing old and newer model cars, especially ones with lots of electronics built in. My husband had a F10 bmw 550i and we only trust them with his car. There were several occasions where they diagnosed our car and recommended a more cost efficient solution to fix it. It is hard to find an honest auto technician these days, and that's why we are still with these guys. Totally would recommend Auto Technik to all my friends and relatives!

They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. Sham and Jay are true professionals. My vehicle had to be towed in and their guys fixed it right up. Their prices were very reasonable and they stand behind their work. I recommend them to all my neighbors and friends in the area. You wont be disappointed if you pay them a vist. I dont trust the dealers but I trust these guys. Ive been a loyal customer for 15 years!!

I have used them since 2003. A friend referred me who had been using them for about 5 or 6 years at that time. They have serviced all four of my cars during these years. They are honest, reasonable prices, and quality work. I used to hate to deal with mechanics because I always thought I was being taken advantage of. But with Autotechnik, I have never had a problem and Sham and Jay has always stood behind their work.

Sham and Jay are wonderful! They always give me a reasonable price and have even helped me out without charge on a few occasions. They tell me honestly what is needed and make recommendations about what needs to be done soon without ever pressuring. They are realistic about the time the work will take and are able to schedule me in when something comes up. I have been coming here for the last 6 years for all my car needs. What can I say? Sham is the man! I felt good about taking my car here the moment I spoke to him over the phone. Auto Technik Care has been around for a few decades. Their schedule was pretty busy, but thankfully were able to pencil me in a week out for B14 service on my Honda Civic. Though they specialize in European cars, they were still willing to take my car and work on it. I felt like Sham and his team are honest and hard workers, that the feedback was honest and I would definitely take my car back here again. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2014 Honda CR-V to Auto Technik because I had been having an intermittent starting problem for a few months. I had been to AutoZone and O’Reilly for free checks, but none of them could give me a clear answer. At Auto Technik, I was helped by Jay at the front desk, and I’m really grateful for how kind and patient he was. He listened carefully to everything I said and explained the process clearly without any pressure. Even though I had a lot of concerns, he never seemed annoyed or rushed. I don’t know who worked on the car, but the service overall felt professional and well-organized. They gave me a clear estimate, explained the potential range of repair costs, and offered a one-year warranty on the repair, which gave me peace of mind.
