LIFESAVERS!! Cross country tip to visit family, AC went out and under engine shield was dragging on the ground. Sergio was open on Memorial Day and took us right in, Anay fixed the shield immediately, and then the rest of Sergio's team recharged my AC along with an oil change two days later. Super impressed, will be my go-to mechanic shop whenever I'm in the area, thank you Sergio, et al!

Beware! beware! I would think twice about going to this location. The owner Sergio is a liar and a crook. Gave me a price then since it wasn’t convenient for him, change the price on me, lie to my face and even to his employees. After his employees looked at me they kind of went on his side. My car had been overheating and left me stranded on the freeway in 100 degree weather this weekend on my way to a job I had. Took the car into Sergio’s auto repair as my dad had gotten work done on his car there and he recommended them. I spoke to them this morning and they let me know that nothing was wrong with my car , it simply got air in the cooling system from me not tightening the cover all the way .they topped off my fluid and it seems to be working normally now. I’m very grateful for these guys because they were so friendly and professional but most importantly because they were honest. Someone else could have said I needed a thermostat and I wouldn’t know any better and would have agreed to fix it . So, if anyone is looking for a good , very honest shop, this is it . Would/will recommend this place to everyone .

Sergio and his crew are amazing. I just needed a ball bearing replacement on my passenger side back tire. Pep Boy’s ripped out my back brake’s three time’s….because they had no clue what the noise in my car was. They quoted me $821 for a fix. I did. have enough money to pay whatever they were charging me for. Sergio and his crew fixed my car for $270. My little car now sound’s and run’s amazing. I was also in and out Sergio’s shop in one hour. I will only ever go to Sergio for everything….We are also both Chino High School Alum’s.♥️

I was going to leave a good review, and I really wanted to but unfortunately I can't. I'll never come here again. Dishonesty isnt cool. I got work done on my van about 2 weeks ago...got her back no issues but was told of other work she needed (and she did) took her back in and got her back. Well Monday my battery died and I had to pop open the hood. The metal stick that holds my hood up was missing so I though "well somone must've accidentally took it out and didn't put it back" called a few times, no answer, text, no answer...finally after doing the same thing on Tuesday they finally answered and told me the meatal stick was never there. But I checked my van before taking it in I KNOW it was there it goes in a special latch but I just keep getting the same answer, it wasn't there but well look and call you back just to never recieve anything in return. So now I have to waste money i shouldnt waste to get a new one. So if for whatever reason YOU decide to go here fo any work I HIGHLY recommend you take pictures of everything in and outside of your car so if something turns up missing, you have proof. I didn't becuase i didnt think this would happen. Only reason i came here is becuase my mechanic takes a little longer(but his work is amazing) and needed her ASAP....NEVER AGAIN Edit: on August 18th I got a text saying they found my stick...you know the one that "didn't exist" finally got it back. My review still stands...
