Choi is absolutely Amazing!!! He has served the community and my cars for over 15 years. He's the most honest and reasonable and respectful car expert EVER!! Choi replaced the transmission, alternator as well as fixed the side frame and lights on my Ford Explore, he also has taken care of the air condition in my Mercedes GL 450… I trust no one but Choi with both of my cars needs. He has NEVER let me down with his repairs and service.

I was so lucky to end up at Choi's Auto Repair after no one had room or experience to work on my F250 super duty 4x4 pick up. Front end and steering damaged after being hit by another truck. They made all repairs my truck looks new again. New to the location nice clean facility, my new Auto guy. You will be HAPPY.

I choose Choi's Auto Body and Repair to repair the body of my vehicle. I sent my car in on November 9, 2021. We agreed he would fix bumper, right side above my car's tire, and blend the front door of my car. $1400.00 would be the price. He called to tell me about an addition $45 charge for a damage on my car. He told we would stay in contact. I get my car back in the morning around 10AM on November 15, 2021. I pay the $1445.00. During my pickup, he alerts me several times that my car's engine light is on. And that if issues arise with my car bring my car to the shop for repair. I drive my car off the lot and as I am approaching Century my car starts to smoke from under the hood. I had not been driving my car for more than 10 minutes. I pull over and contact the shop and he tells me to bring it in. I cannot trust him with my car to fix it, I never asked him to touch the inside of my car. And I cannot drive my car because it is smoking. I tried driving my car to work and my car alerted me that the engine was too hot to function. I also, need an oil change as my oil life is 0%. When my dropped my car off, the oil life was around 83%. By the way, I got an oil change about a month prior to this incident. I missed out on class that morning, and have been missing out on work wages ever since.

I came here to fix a fender bender. The cost of repair was above my budget but I went for an oil change. When I came back, he found a temporary solution for the fender bender that more than satisfied my needs for a slight additional charge. Excellent customer service and craftsmanship!

When I moved into the neighborhood in 2002 I was looking for an honest mechanic that would help me keep my car in good shape since I need it for work and I put a lot of miles on it. I found Choi because AAA Auto Club had signaled him out for his excellence and he has been my mechanic ever since. He is always very up front about the cost of things and he will make recommendations so that I can keep my car in good working order. I appreciate his knowledge and skill and I feel so lucky to have found a mechanic that I trust completely when it comes to keeping my car in good working order. A week or so ago my battery died and when AAA came to give me a jumpstart they didn't have the type of battery I needed so I immediately drove to see Choi. He told me he could get the battery but it was an unusual type so he'd have to work on getting it. He had to hunt the battery down, but he did find one and had it brought over. This took some time and I'd decided to wait for my car since I wasn't working, but Choi gave me regular updates so that I wasn't just waiting with no idea of what was happening. He is very thoughtful like that and he really values his customers. I take really good care of my car and I know that with Choi's help I will be able to get a lot of life out of my vehicle.

Chois automotive is true a unexpected Gem. Truly had alot of issues with my car and within a matter of 2 days it was back in my hands before I even knew what was going on. Choi is great at what he does n truly he’s not like any mechanic u just bring your car into and you worry even if they care. If you want the best service and price, then you have to go to Choi! I have a Hybrid and my car stopped on the freeway. The experience was scary to say the least and Choi made it so much easier with quick and fast service. He made me feel so comfortable and got my car back to me pretty quick. Choi is the owner. He has been in business for years. He is fair, honest, and tells you like it is even if he prognosis is to NOT get repairs done because it's not worth it. Prices are VERY reasonable and competitive here. He does car diagnostics but do ask how long it will take IN ADVANCE because the site gets Super busy. So far he doesn't offer diagnostic services that Go To a site, you have to bring the auto to him. But it's still worth the service. He is a generational mechanic and takes care families for years.

I took my Pilot to them to fix the AC. Choi worked on it and said he recharge the AC. 3 days later, it failed again. Took the car for the SECOND time and they checked it again. Now Choi said there was a leak. I told him why he didn't do that same process on the first time. I end up paying $500.00 to fix it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Please read: Save yourself the money, energy, and trouble—DO NOT come here. I went to Choi's Auto Body Shop based on a friend's referral. The owner was friends with someone we both knew, so I trusted that he would do a good job. However, not only was the owner extremely rude and disrespectful, but he also tried to ridiculously overcharge me and became angry when I caught him. I don't understand how he has so many positive reviews. If this is how he treats a friend's friend—with such a terrible attitude and lack of business etiquette—I can only imagine how he would treat a customer with no prior connection. Do yourself a favor and find a better auto body shop in Los Angeles. There are plenty of options nearby that will provide better service.

One of the worst experiences I ever had when it came to auto repair. Please do not waste your money. You will be overcharged. You will be unserviced and you will not be happy with the results. I was here for a simple bumper repair that was not executed properly no retainer on my bumper and my fender is not connected. And without proper alignment from bumper, defender causes your headlight to go out . More money wasted.
