I have never been to a Christian Brothers Auto before. A friend recommended them while I was in town. As someone not familiar with cars, the experience was fantastic and the best I've ever had at an auto shop. They went above and beyond. The inspection was thorough and easy to understand. The communication was excellent, courteous, educational, and great. They were thorough and even caught some things that needed to be done and offered options. I give big kudos to Matt who was exceptional. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Note: I never write reviews. Service: transmission fluid drain & fill @ 63k miles. I can’t say enough good things about Christian Brothers Auto–Arvada, and especially about Matt, who sets the gold standard for customer service. From the moment I walked in, Matt spoke directly to *me*—the female owner of a 2020 4Runner—without defaulting to my husband, even though he’s the one who handles my car’s preventive care. Matt’s level of respect and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and it truly made me feel valued and heard. I called Friday 8:30 am expecting to schedule an appointment a week or more out. They got me in that day 10 AM and I walked out with my keys by 3 PM after an excellent estimate of 3-4 hours labor. I received consistent updates by both text and phone, as well as a detailed *photo journal* documenting each major service checkpoint. As someone who likes to understand what’s going on under the hood, I qappreciated this transparent touch. The foyer is spotless—comfortable, cool, and inviting—and the energy in the garage was impressive. Despite the 100° heat, every bay door was open and the technicians were clearly dialed in and working as a team. You can tell there’s pride in their work and in how they treat their customers. Thank you to David S for your work on my car! Noticeably improved, smoother shifting! Ask for Matt—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Great shop! They were able to squeeze my car in for an alignment the same day after I got done installing control arms. It's a modified car and the alignment is not easy but they had it done within 2 hours! I haven't had the best experience with Christian Brothers shops in the past but I would highly recommend this location. The service advisors were nice, the place was clean and my car drives great after the alignment!

I had extensive 100 thousand miles maintenance done to my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee . The service was great . I have been coming to this location since we moved into the Leyden Rock neighborhood. The entire staff is extremely helpful and takes their time to walk me through every service, Alex, Bailey, Mason, and Matt, just to name a few. We even bring my wife's new vehicle here for services despite her having free oil changes available from the dealership I'd rather pay for the level of service and care I know we will get here.

I have taken my 2007 4Runner to CBA Arvada several times. The experience is always convenient (especially with easy web booking and a thorough emailed breakdown of your vehicle report), and the staff is highly communicative and exceptionally professional. Not only have they taken extra effort to solve the enigma that is my 18-year-old car with its many quirks, but they've done it quickly and taken the time to explain every point of the process to me. The only place I ever want to go for my vehicle needs. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are always very friendly & I appreciate that they will pick you up or drop you off at your home. I could go on and on about how comfortable I am with their honesty. I would never want to go anywhere else for our cars. In recent events, we took the car in, it was for a check engine light. They also discovered an issue with one of our tires which could have been a horrible issue down the road if not caught when they did. Thanks for always keeping us safe.

I needed to make a quick decision as my car started making noise and my guages were not working correctly. I didn't want to drive my vehicle a long distance for service due to its condition so I took a chance on Christian Brother's Auto as it was close by and I was so glad that I did. I was able to jump on their website late that night and book an appointment for first thing in the morning. The whole Arvada team was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to shuttle me back home as well as assist in getting a rental while my car was being repaired. They kept in constant communication with what they were finding and fully transparent on all costs associated with the repairs. I will definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs!! They had me back on the road quickly and my car is running great!

They were communicative throughout the whole process when working on my 2010 Subaru Legacy. I enjoyed how transparent they were when I had questions, super nice they offer a courtesy ride(as long as you’re within 5ish miles) so I was able to get to work and come home. I really liked their inspection process as well, photos/videos and reasonings explaining for those that aren't too sure of what does what. Super nice crew, would recommend if you’re needing work done on your vehicle.

I had had hit and miss experiences here - the last time I dropped my car off they gave me a real comprehensive check on the issue I had and they listened to everything I had said - hence the reason I was bringing my car back after an issue; however this time it felt more like I was being gouged - and exactly the opposite of my last visit. CB wanted to charge me nearly $300 for a diagnosis, I’ve never even heard of this sort of thing, must be a rich Arvada move since so many people over here just shell out $$ without thinking. I walked, drove a half mile to grease monkey, told the guy what the issue was and how CB wanted charge me mad $$$. Within 40 minutes GM had gone through the checklist on the car (for free) and ultimately fixed the car for $200. The charge at CB was just diagnosis and didn’t even include the fix so we are talking a final bill of over $500. Big let down, not sure I’d return, buyer beware. Friendly is great. Service is great. But the price was just a straight rip off. I request no reply from the business - business reply’s are bogus.
