I gave them a call asking if they had any availability to look at my 04 WRX to repair some body damage from the previous owner of the car and Collin said no, and that they don’t look at that old of car. 0/10 would recommend.

I called to get a simple ballpark figure for how much a repair would be and the lady whom answered the phone "rudely" took my number and said that Colin would reach me to discuss further. 2 whole weeks pass and still no return call. So, I call again. Colin this time is the 1 to answer and I stated what I needed done and his response was "not interested". So I ask if he possibly knew where I could turn to for help and he rudely says I'm not giving you no reference. Very rude and very unprofessional. Very poor. Customer service to be nice about it. To say the least. Don't waste your time and money with these jokes.

I reached out to this company 8/30/2022 to schedule an appointment for body and paint work. I received initial appointment confirmation on 8/31/2022 for a check in and work start date of 10/17/2022 via email after some back and forth regarding my insurance claim and associated documentation. I reached back out to this company by phone on 10/04/2022 for 2nd confirmation, I did this verbally over the phone, and was assured that I was still scheduled/confirmed for a check in and work start date of 10/17/2022. On 10/05/2022 I received a phone call from an employee I did not speak with previously, this employee stated to me that he must, "cancel my appointment", due to a different employee, whom he stated was no longer employed there. The employee I was speaking with on the phone then proceeded to tell me I could, "get on a wait list", until he could resolve the issue regarding the employee who no longer was employed, or cancel my appointment with no offer of a re-schedule option/date. I am very aware of the current macro-economic conditions this country is experiencing as it relates to a shortage of labor and one's ability to source raw materials, either consistently or, not at all. Do not read/perceive the above statement with any sympathy. I find this last minute cancellation completely unacceptable and I very much do not appreciate the lack of customer service or their inability to offer other options. I do not recommend this company.

You better look out when u take ur car here Colon the guy who is in charge did a very shady repair job on my vehicle. Got grease on the inside of my vehicle.... He didn't care. Was supposed to replace the rim on my vehicle and was happy to charge the insurance company for the work but claimed they would only authorize a repair job. After contacting the insurance company they said that was untrue... They where fine with a replacement rim. I also got my car back fithly on the outside and inside. These people only care about one thing getting as much money as possible and screwing u over... I'm glad I work for a radio company. I will b telling everyone o air my experience with Colorado Collision Repair.....

A jeep backed up into my rear door, and I needed to get it replaced. I got a couple quotes from local shops. Colo Collision was willing to track down and order a used door to match my car. I dropped it off, and when I picked it up, they had found a door cheaper than the quote. They did a good job to provide a reasonable replacement that matched and looked good. I walked away paying almost $200 less than the initial quote. Matt was really helpful and the service was excellent.

Fantastic customer service! Thank you Tammy, Gary and Todd! My car looks beautiful and I was well informed during the whole process! I highly recommend Colorado Collision Repair! I took my car back in after receiving it and they were so polite and accommodating! Side note: I took it back in and what what I was hearing had nothing to do with my repairs. Hopefully I will never need to use them again( not wanting to be in another accident) but I highly recommend them!!!

How my car got here was a headache, but Colin kept me updated weekly on repairs and what he’d heard from my insurance. I got my car back with an entirely replaced front with paint that matched perfectly. Even with the damage the drive was not affected at all. Many parts are on back order so it took a while but the customer service was good!

I live close to the shop and when they discovered that, they offered to drive me back to my house so I didn't have to do Lyft. Which is WAY above and beyond expected! Unfortunately my car has been hit twice in the past year and both times I took my car to Colorado collision repair. While it takes a while to get your car in, once they have it they are communicative and efficient. I actually got a call today that they overcharged me slightly by accident and are sending a check in the mail. I honestly would not have had any idea. They are great to work with and extremely trustworthy.

I have had a lot of bad luck with cars in the past 2 years (my car was even stolen from another repair shop) and was not looking forward to yet another repair job, but I couldn't have been more pleased. What a great experience. Our car had pretty heavy body damage to a door and fender. Colin helped us navigate our options and quoted us a fair price to fix the car to what we hoped would be a good enough solution. Then he went above and beyond found a door that was a dead match four our car saving us hundreds of dollars and avoided having to do a paint blend. The team finished the work on schedule and the results were much better than good enough. The work was great. My Tacoma looks like new again, it took a little longer but that was more to do with the insurance than anything else. But truly what I want to emphasize is the amazing customer service from Teresa and Stacy, every time I called they had a great attitude and a quick answer. Explained to me everything and how the process was. I hope never have to use them again (no more car accidents) but if I do I know they will take care of me and my cars.

I cannot recommend Colorado Collision enough. Colin and Theresa were incredible. My 2021 Tacoma was in a horrible accident, and my dealership didn't hesitate to recommend Colin. My insurance company tried to put after market parts on my truck, but Colin caught it and wouldn't let anything but brand new Toyota parts be put on my truck. I wouldn't have had any idea, but Colin wouldn't settle for anything but the best for me and my brand new truck. I've had my truck back for a few months now, and it runs perfectly and the paint job is immaculate! Colin treats every vehicle like they are his own, and it shows! I wish I would of read other reviews before selecting this business. Mountain States Toyota refers customers to this place. Beware! I scheduled my appointment for body repair work two months out. The car was dropped off on 9/16 at 8am. They didn't actually start working on my car until 9/17. I was given a vague timeline on 9/17 that maybe they'd paint by Friday 9/23. It wasn't painted due to needing additional funds from my insurance company. The following week I was told maybe he'd paint on 9/28. On 9/30 the owner said he couldn't paint because he had attendance issues, again telling me maybe he'd get it done the following week. On 10/5 the owner said he couldn't give me a time frame at all because again, attendance issues. He accused of me not being understanding and said there was nothing he could do when, "Guys aren't coming to work". I picked up my car on 10/14. It had black paint in 3 spots on my silver paint, the sensors weren't installed properly, they messed up my backup camera, and they chipped my trunk. I brought it back on 11/3 and they fixed the sensors, but the owner said there was nothing he could do about the camera and I should take it to the dealership. I brought the car back on 11/3 to repair the chip they created on my trunk. Thankfully they "entertained" my idea of giving me a rental since that took 3 days to fix. Again, I was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the backup camera. Colin suggested I Google how to fix it or try taking it to the dealership and request more money from my insurance company. Absolutely the worst service and experience.

Did a good job fixing my bumper but a bad job with the paint job. Followed all instructions regarding paint such as not to get a car wash for at least a month. Still havent gotten one and paint started peeling on bumper 3-4 months after.
