I highly recommend you choose another shop for your repairs. 1. My truck was “completed” week two yet they wouldn’t release for 3 more weeks. Almost 5 full weeks! 2. There was a two week period I made many phones calls with no answer or reply. Two weeks! they didn’t answer the phone!! 3. They attempted to get another $1800 from my insurance company saying “we did the work”. When logic would say if more work is actually required, they would have stopped and requested further evaluation from my insurance company before moving forward. Even a call to me the owner did not happen! 4. When my insurance refused to pay the total of undocumented work done they tried to claim I would be responsible, which I instantly contested. I specifically checked off the box on the paperwork that said I do not agree to supplemental work unless I am informed prior to said work. They wouldn’t even answer the phone let alone confirm any extra work with me prior. I find that to be crooked and corrupt! They knew that and let that go! 5. When. I picked up my truck the interior reeked of oil! My truck bed was also a mess! 6. The tail light on the side of the repair is cracked and doesn’t work, I’ll fix it myself because the hassle isn’t worth it! 7. The top rail protector doesn’t sit correctly, with multiple gaps where I can see under it. 8. Trim pieces around the tire are missing fasteners and are visibly falling off! 9. My truck bed liner is missing all the fasteners! Is very loose, not correctly positioned and no longer tucked under the rail protector and anything can now fall behind it and under it! Like my car keys for example, I would have to remove the entire liner to retrieve whatever it may be. 10. Lastly, on the way out they did verify that all work is warranted for life. With that said, I would never trust them with a toy car let alone bring my truck back. I would rather pay out of pocket than ever give them the time of day again. I hope this protects someone from experiencing what I went thru! FYI those are the issues in the first 3 days…who knows what could happen next

This shop is hands down the BEST! Very professional, helpful, and the work is absolutely amazing. Got my dodge journey back after an accident and it felt, looked, and smelled like a brand new car! Don't even think about going there for repairs, this company is a scam!!!!! My car stood there for 2 months after the accident, although the insurance company sent a check almost immediately after the car was assessed, but they hid it, brazenly yelled that they did not receive the money, although the insurance company told me that the check was sent and cashed a long time ago. After I told them this, they found many reasons and excuses that they did not receive the money. As a result, after 2 months I picked up my car without repairs, no one returned my money and now they pretended that this money covered the parking, it's ridiculous! When you read all the bad reviews about this company, know that this is the pure truth, but the positive ones are most likely fake!!!

I've brought my car here twice. It's hard for me to leave a detailed review, because I'm not a car person and it all feels like a different language when explained to me... However, each time I've been here I've been given the best service. They're so friendly, and they make a situation that feels intimidating to me much less stressful. I've been more than satisfied with my repairs each time, and they've always worked with me surrounding my financial situation. I never feel like I'm being over charged or taken advantage of. I never write reviews. However, I wanted to show my gratitude towards this business. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car on December 30th 2022. The whole front right side was messed up. I tried to get a in network auto shop with my insurance but they were all backed up and wouldn't be able to start working on my car for at least a couple months. Luckily I found Arvada Autobody/360 Degrees of perfection (they work together) they were able to take my car in the same day of the crash and get the initial estimate within a few days. That was including the weekend and New Year holiday. They also made a supplement due to the damages being more severe than they thought after breaking the car down. Susan was very kind and willing to answer my calls (weekly basis I called). Due to being out of network my insurance took some time to pay them out but while I was waiting to get the money from the insurance on the supplement, I was under the impression the auto shop was waiting for that money as well, to order the needed parts then conduct the labor. Indeed, I was wrong and shocked to get a update saying my vehicle would be ready February 2nd 2023. It only took them 34 days! They should have been paid out in full now but they gave my car back to me even before they received the full amount from my insurance. All I did was pay my $500.00 deductible and I got my car back. I was very surprised and my car looks good as new and runs perfect. I will definitely come here in the future if I need anything worked on.
