Set up an appointment to get an estimate for some minor hail damage repairs on my vehicle. The positive reviews and veteran-owned status made this place stand out above the others so I drove across town thinking this place would be be less scammy than most other hail repair shops in the metro area. Their facility is clean and new, and the staff perfectly friendly to interact with via phone and email. It was when I arrived that I was told by the gentleman working that I have to agree to have the Hail Squad repair my vehicle before I can obtain a quote. When I explained that I would be paying out of pocket (something that had already been explained when setting up my appointment) and wanted to compare pricing before proceeding, he said the quote would be $250.00 unless I committed to them first. This is seriously questionable and shady behavior, so I left. While I can absolutely appreciate a company not wanting to have its time wasted by people that just want a quote with no plan to follow through, there has got to be a less unethical way of mitigating that possibility. Using pressure tactics to trap people to an agreement before letting them know a cost estimate is clearly a deeper indicator of the way they operate underneath the surface of their shiny and friendly veneer. If they truly provide unmatched service and expertise, they will have plenty of business without setting these kinds of shady traps for customers. The only business they are in is clearly to over-bill on insurance claims (which you WILL pay for eventually even if you avoid paying out of pocket at the time), not to offer reasonable and fair hail repair services regardless of whether or not the repair is being run through insurance. Don’t be fooled by the marketing and positive reviews ..steer clear of this place! Edit: I have to add additional information after the business owner responded stating blatant falsehoods and misrepresentations about my visit in a very interesting attempt to save face. I do not have an insurance check nor did I file ever claim for my hail damage, this is a complete fabrication on the part of the business owner. And I was most certainly not made aware of any of their strange policies before I was standing in their lobby (for more than 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, during which time I grabbed one of their forms and began filling it out before I was made aware of their "trap" policy). I also had not obtained any other quotes as of that time but *did* let them know that I planned to get two additional quotes after getting one from them because I always prefer to have three quotes to compare before making any decisions, something any informed consumer would choose to do. The response from the business owner further proves that, despite claims to the contrary, this place clearly has unethical practices.

These guys work fast! I dropped off my vehicle Monday morning and had it back Tuesday afternoon. My insurance had already cut me a check for hail damage and they were able to get it done in that amount. Vehicle looks great! Kudos to Michael who was my POC during the whole process.

Great team and service! Highly recommend. Not very long ago, a rogue shopping cart from a nearby King Soopers decided it didn't want me to have a flawless car and proceeded to hurl itself into my trunk lid, leaving a nice dent. Appropriately unsettled, I began my search for paintless dent removal shops in my area and came across The Hail Squad. When I stopped by, Michael greeted me with a fair estimate, and much to my surprise, said he could take it now and be done in an hour! Fast forward 2 hours later, I'm now sitting back at my desk writing this silly, but honest review for a badass dent removal place that will surely get my business again.

I pulled up during lunch and Travis rushed over to meet me. He took me into a beautiful shop area and looked at some damage on the hood of my GMC AT4 under the lights. I got a quote (and a great deal) and Travis went to work. I was out of there in about an hour with my hood looking like the day I drove it home from the dealer. Great shop and great people to work with. I'll be back for any ding and detailing work I need on my vehicles in the future.

Took my Lexus RX350 in to the Hail Squad after some pretty serious damage. Normally I would have just lived with the damage but after shopping around I finally found a company with reasonable prices and great customer service so I figured why not try them. These guys are awesome and do fantastic work for a reasonable price. Travis and Michael fixed a couple door dings on my wife's Lexus as well as a handful of door dings and small dents on my Duramax trucks. They do great work and they are upfront about the pricing. And they'll get you all fixed up and back on the road very quickly, usually less than an hour to fix multiple dents. I'll continue to use them for dent repairs and will be recommending them to friends and family in the Arvada/Golden area. Give them a call or stop and see them. You wont be disappointed!

The Hail Squad is legit as it gets. I took my Range Rover Sport in after some pretty significant hail damage, and they came through big time! Travis assured me that they could handle everything and make the car look good as new. After a bit of hesitation, I decided to let them work on my car. The final outcome exceeded my expectations. While you never want to have a dent in your vehicle, working with Hail Squad made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Michael worked on my car and was incredibly courteous, professional, and thorough. He took the time to walk me through the process and explain exactly what would be done, which I greatly appreciated. Showed up with a door ding on my brand new car. Luckily they had just finished a car and had a slot open for me. The owner got me in and out completely fixed within 20 mins! Super reasonable. Very clean and organized work space. Amazed at the customer service. Hope to not get any more dings but if I do, I have a very good place to rely on.
