Landon showed up to my apartment on time and was very kind and knowledgeable about my truck. I had a bad oil leak coming from engine and could not figure it out. Landon was able to diagnose the issue in no time. My vacuum pump was leaking bad. Nate and his team got the part needed and replaced it in an hour. And I never had to leave my apartment/office! They really are mobile and you don't have to deal with driving to a shop and either dropping off your truck or waiting for it to finish. Supper convenient. Super friendly team and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use again! Thanks Nate and Landon!

If I could put negative 5 i would! I went in to get my air compressor on my Services truck worked on. I get a call saying my air compressor was already and I can pick up my truck. I showed up at Fleet advisor, the manager had me pay my bill of $290. Then I was told the mechanics was adjusting something on my compressor? I waited 45 minutes in the front office. Come to find out, they burned out my starter and broke my pully start on the motor. I use my truck for my Business and I lost 3 days of business from this. I was told they would make it right and pay for the damage on my compressor and they didn't! Fleet advisor keep putting me off. I had to fix my own compressor. What got me is the manager or what ever he was had me pay first knowing that they damage my compressor! This place is a scam! They take advantage of people with no conscious !!

Tom is the best there is - full stop. We had been struggling to find someone qualified to work on our insulated bucket trucks and digger derricks. To the point that we were getting ready to trade one in because we could not get it operating correctly. One trip to Tom and the guys at Fleet Advisor and the truck has not missed a beat since. For a small company like ours, that value in itself is tremendous. Tom and his guys have also helped us with several other repairs and inspections. We drive over an hour and a half each way to take our trucks to him, and it's ABSOLUTELY worth it!
