I purchased four tires from Big Brand Tire Company that came with a 60,000 mile warranty. Despite proper maintenance, I only received about 30,000 miles out of them before they were worn and eligible for a warranty claim. When I attempted to warranty the tires, the claim was denied because I performed my own tire rotations. I was told they “couldn’t prove” that they did not perform the rotations themselves and therefore refused to honor the warranty. The warranty did not clearly state that rotations must be performed by Big Tire Company or that customer performed maintenance would void coverage. I have the proper tools and knowledge to perform tire rotations correctly, and I maintain my vehicle responsibly at regular intervals. Denying a warranty under these circumstances without citing a specific warranty violation is disappointing and feels misleading. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about trusting the advertised tire warranty. UPDATE: The owner Robert messaged me for the appearance of trying to make it right and never responded to my emails. I guess it was just to make it look as though he cared to make it right.

Do not take your car here! Talk about a place that just wants to nickle and dime you to death!! To took my car in for an oil change, had a coupon for a full synthetic $59.99. When it was done of course my coupon was no good and the "real" total was $62.99" Ok, so you're screwing me $3.00! I had just replaced my airfilter, of course that was recommended for a replacement because mine was dirty...😅 I had just replace my brakes about 2,000 miles ago, again, those are recommended for $500.00!!🤣🤣 I had 3 burned out light bulbs, marker, license plate and reverse light. They offered to replace those three mini bulbs, (that I went and bought for $18.00) for $89.00!!!😅 Wow!! Who are these rip off artists!? Be careful my friends, things are expensive enough without being ripped off! Oh, they offered to sell me some Vietnamese tires for $800! He also had a straight face in telling me how wonderful the deal was!! Damn!

1 star since 0 is not an option.Went in today 2/1/26 at about 1:20pm to see about getting a tire on my SUV that has a screw in it repaired/replaced. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. Saw the same guy twice. He spoke/did not acknowledge a potential new customer zero times. I even called while standing there. Nothing. Needless to say, my business will be going elsewhere as I have nothing nice to say.

10/10 recommend! The most friendly and helpful staff. Our car was down for about a month, when it was finally time for us to get it fixed, Sean got us in with no hesitation. Jeff was amazing and very sufficient while being extremely busy The shop took care of my vehicle needs which was timely and affordable especially on a Sunday I will recommend this shop to anyone that needs vehicle services They realigned my SRT after Christopher Dodge World test drove my vehicle and hit something and took the alignment out really bad. The shop also noticed really bad damage to my tire from the inside sidewall that was hidden until they took the rim off This shop is amazing. Highly recommended

I purchased two sets of tires from this store. One for a truck and one for a SUV. Both were Nokian tires which are very very well designed and Big Brand is one of the few stores that sells them. They gave me a great deal on both sets, had both cars done in one day and did a quick once over of each vehicle for other potential maintenance items which I appreciated. Shelby at the front counter was awesome and very attentive! I will be coming here moving forward for my tire needs!

This place is amazing. I got a flat tire on a Sunday and none of the big box stores were open - and so glad they weren’t. Big brand had an amazing buy three get one deal and spent time educating me the tires. I thought I wanted run flats but the front desk lady was so honest and told me they really arent worth the extra costs. From women to women, I appreciated the transparency and real advice instead of trying to upsell or take advantage of a girls girl who knows zero about tires. While I was waiting I also saw her have her tec replace a guys spare for free, while she ordered me an uber AND offered to stay late tomorrow when I go pick up my car because I’ll be coming from work. Beyond accommodating, which isn’t what I would expect from a car place! So I got a great deal and so happy to support a local spot with people who have good energy and are genuinely good people. Highly recommend Big Brad tires. They turned a crummy start to the day around with their great service.

I needed the tires rotated on my 2025 Tesla M3 and needed a service center that was "Tesla Certified." I called and spoke to a gentleman (not sure his name), and he got me all set up within a couple of hours. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and politeness by Emily. She's very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I've asked. Zeus was the technician and he was awesome! Very quick and knowledgeable in his work. I liked the service so much that I ended up taking my vehicle home and came back with another vehicle to get serviced as well (for BOTH rear tires that had nails in them), which they didn't charge for both the tire rotation (on the M3) AND patching up the tires (on the Honda Civic)! Definitely would recommend this place, and will be coming back in the future. Keep up the great work guys! 👍
