I do not recommend. I went through a 2+ month ordeal. Please save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere. They missed our first appointment, left with an unfinished windshield replacement then missed three additional appointments to fix the damage they caused. They chipped my paint left black adhesive all over my white truck and didn’t set the weather stripping correctly. After tons of empty promises and disrespect I will not be returning. My final experience with them was when I was promised a full vehicle detail when they replaced the windshield again after their botched job. I drove 40 minutes to them so they could detail it. 6 hours later after 5 ignored calls I showed up and picked up my truck. The paint was fixed but the job was still sub par. They apologized for not detailing it and promised to give me voucher to get it detailed at the location of my choice. My calls have since been ignored and they never held up their promise. (Edit- I can’t reply to your message for some reason so I’ll edit mine and add this message for the “owner” who replied to me. My review is from 2018 and it will not go down. It will follow your company for how horrible your service was, how much time and money you wasted of mine and for the utter disrespect your company showed me. This is unfortunately, the only way for people to hold horrible companies accountable. There are reviews on here dating back 9 years and I know this was the company I had the misfortune of doing business with so I don’t buy that Colorado Auto Glass has only been in business since 2021)

This morning, I went to the Arvada location off of Wadsworth to drop off my car to have a small crack in my windshield repaired. I was prepared to leave it and have my girlfriend take me to work. One of their techs, Tim, started working on it right away and had it done in less than 15 minutes. The repair looks good and the price was very reasonable, but I was impressed most by the quick service and professionalism of their techs. I will be going back to have my girlfriend's windshield replaced, and will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repaired or replaced.

This company is great. They are timely, have good communication with their customers and do excellent work. I had some issues that with my wipers that I thought might have been from their install. They promptly came over and looked into the problem. Turned out it was something with my truck, not related to windshield replacement. They helped me trouble shoot this problem. That is an example of outstanding customer service. Tim was my technician. Appreciate you guys!

Colorado Auto Glass did a fantastic job of replacing my windshield! I had a crack that was fast spreading, and they had someone out to replace the windshield the next day after I called them! Colorado Auto Glass has been great. They responded quickly to initially replace my windshield and again when my rear view mirror became loose. Initially, I was concerned about properly calibrating the new windshield and the tech could not have been more reassuring. Months later, when the mirror became loose, another very nice tech came out the day after I called to fix the loose mirror. Every contact from the phone to the tech has been what we all want from others but all to frequently don't get. Pleasant, patient, and competent. This is a very service oriented company throughout!

Very helpful, informative, and client-oriented team. I had an issue with my windshield that had been repaired by a local company in another state and they took my vehicle in, inspected it, and talked me through what he suspected the problem might be. They had me take a video of the issue to relay to the original repair company as well as their diagnosis for the issue. They finished by cleaning it up so it wouldn't leak temporarily and developed pricing for some scenarios. Definitely giving them a call next time I have an issue!

I was very impressed by the fix to the rock chip on my windshield, but even more so by the wonderful customer service I received. The reps on the phone, and John who did the repair, were very friendly and courteous. There happened to be a mix-up on my appointment time, but the team worked it out so the repair was still done the same day…and even though I was added on to the end of John’s day, he was so polite and kind and took great care to fix my windshield. I will definitely be calling CO Auto Glass from now on as I appreciate their small company feel and care!

Highly recommend Colorado Auto Glass. They came to my apartment on the other side of town. Josh replaced my glass and re-calibrated my ADAS system in about 2 hours right in front of my apartment complex. Price was lower than most competitors and the quality is great.
