Had a brake pad and wheel bearings go out the morning I was moving across the country. I called Midas and let them know I was coming, and they made room to fit my car into their schedule! Wow, talk about convenience! Leo and his team accepted my “walk in” right away, were totally honest, and really took care of me. They also sell tires so you don’t have to be up charged by the dealerships. You’re also walking distance to food, shopping, and king soopers if you need to hang for a bit. Nice, clean lobby (pictured). No reason to go anywhere else!

Midas’ greed has ruined me as a customer! I took my 2020 Nissan Kicks in for lower control arm with ball joint. I agree with the labor of $300 and the alignment charge…what makes me completely livid is being charged $485(!) for a $200 part. Both sides had to be done. $285 overcharge per part! AutoZone price- $191.99 O’Reillys- $190.99 Napa- $204.99 This was not a special order item and there is a Napa and O’Reillys maybe 1000 feet from the Midas location I went to. By my calculations I was overcharged $600 (including tax) No…I will never use Midas again! Do yourself a favor and shop around so you don’t get screwed like I did.

I have taken my vehicle in for two different repairs at the 53rd and Wadsworth Blvd location. The first one they failed to fully reconnect a couple of things but fixed it quickly when I returned. The second repair they failed to test all heat and ac systems after repair of heat and ac and now instead of no heat like the original problem I have no ac. I now know why when a friend recommended Midas they recommended a different location. Apparently they had these types of problems with this location as well.

I rarely write reviews, but this needed to be said. The fella' who took my call, Ethan, was extreamly professional, straight to the point, and honest to a fault. That, in my experience, is extreamly rare, and I deeply appreciated it. The team here has always done me quick and accurate services, like the first oil change I got here, and my second visit for a full diagnostic months later. After taking the time to review my engine situation, they let me know every possible angle to proceed. Because of the predicament I was in, they waived a hefty fee to make sure I could get the help my engine needed without much stress at all. Honestly, they've earned my business for life, and I especially want to give Ethan a shout-out. Thank you again guys!

I visited today to get an oil change, and the team did amazing. They got us in and out quickly, and Carlos made sure we were kept updated on everything. He made us feel welcome and was a pleasure to meet. We also had the check engine light come on while heading home after our appointment, and we called back and were very quickly brought back in with no problems. I stopped in because I had a slow leak that my regular mechanic couldn’t find. Brian and his crew found a nail in my tire and fixed it. They also did a full inspection and told me that my oil was low… Odd, considering I just had an oil change from my regular mechanic. That leads me to believe that my regular mechanic didn’t do a full oil change. From now on I will be taking my car to Brian and his mechanics for any auto repairs. They were HONEST and very helpful.
