After the hail storm last year we took our truck to 360 deg of perfection. Huge mistake. Not only was the truck there for over 4 months but we had to return 4 times to just get it corrected, working properly, or put back together. We finally took it to a Ford dealership shop where they were to perform recall work to hopefully fix the door sensors. What they found was that the original hardware in the doors including basic screws were not reinstalled at all and that certain portions of the doors were repaired with duct tape! Sadly the truck was hit again a couple weeks ago with hail which revealed so many more issues. The biggest being Our insurance paid for a full roof replacement and sadly it was filled with Bondo filler and painted instead of being replaced. I could go on and on, but basically don’t make our mistake! Just save yourself the pain and find a better place!

I was very satisfied at the work that was done on my vehicle due to a drunk driver hitting my Jeep. They not only got me in fast but got me out fast also and the work was flawless. I couldn't ask for better customer service either. Thank you 360 degrees of perfection! I'll be recommending you to my friends & family.

We had a few bumps in the road, but as a whole I am satisfied and can recommend 360 Perfection. This is because when I talked with the owner about an issue, he heard me and rectified a situation. Which was this: my car wasn't ready when promised. I understood the reasons for the delay (4 days), but what irked me was that I hadn't been told about the delay until I called right before I was to pick up the car. Somehow Rich heard about my dissatisfaction, and I was able to let him know the delay was less of a problem than the lack of communication about it. When I got my car, the interior smelled like smoke. I told Rich; he apologized and arranged for a fix. I really appreciated that. I would return to 360 Degrees if my car ever needs body work again.

OMG This place is horrible!!! I wrote a review and they responded with lies. I really only had a problem with one person Avery!!!!! He called and texted me at work non stop for me to pay him upfront before the job was done!! My car took 5weeks and they did not keep in touch with me after I paid them upfront. My window tint is all messed up, my bumper has over spray on it, the paint is chipping off and I have asked Avery to send me an invoice 3 times now for the work they did and still have not got it and it's been almost 3weeks. They waved one of my deductibles after the insurance paid them $14,000.00 my $250 deductible was nothing my car is not even worth that much. Drew that worked there was awesome!!!!! 2 months later I'm still waiting for my invoice and no one has returned my call

Steve and the people at 360 Degrees of Perfection have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. Steve has done body work for me (restored my scratched up bumper back to perfect) and helped me find a great used car by running diagnostics and evaluations of used cars that I would bring in. I tell people he is like the Sherlock Holmes of car mechanics... he really knows cars and pays amazing attention to detail. More than anything, 360 Degrees has great enthusiasm for what they do and really do care about taking care of their customers. Everyone needs to know a "mechanic guy", and I have definitely found my guy.

6/12/2022 - Update: The company is now claiming "Wrong company, This is not us. We had another company working out of Unit C2, that was apparently telling people they were us, when we were over on W 55th Ave." If this was the case they have not reached out to us as this would also be considered insurance fraud and the legit owners would have a case to sue the "other company". I highly recommend you stay away from this business. Four weeks longer than their estimate, with multiple delays and different stories from staff each time. They never once called us to let us know the car would not be ready when they said, and every time we called the day before it was supposed to be done, it was extended again. Staff were friendly enough, they were just clueless. We waited on hold 10+ minutes multiple times, with one call being 18 minutes before my wife had to hang up to go back to work. They did not call back with the update we had requested ( car was supposedly going to be done the next day), nor did they return my wife's call when she called later in the day and left a message explicitly asking them to call her back with an update. Things felt so "shady" throughout the process due to the lack of communication and clueless employees.

I took my car here for body work following a collision back in December 2017 because they were the only shop that could get me in before April (due to the hail damage around town last year). I was initially quoted 2-3 weeks for repair, and the insurance company providing my rental was given the same quote. I hears nothing from the shop for 3 weeks, at which point I called them to inquire about my car. After a few ring-outs, Avery finally picked up l. After I asked about my car, he told me it would still be at least another week. The reason I was given by him was that the insurance company was being slow at approving parts/repairs. After speaking with a supervisor at the insurance agency, it became clear that this was not the case and I had been lied to by the receptionist. When I tried to call the shop back to further discuss the situation, my calls weren't answered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt though since they had been able to accommodate me earlier than everyone else. Another week passed, and again I called to see if My repair was done. Avery answered again, and this time told me that they had just received approval from insurance and could schedule repairs to begin within that week. This was very confusing, as I was told my repairs had commenced a month prior. While I had him on the line, I asked why he was dishonest about the insurance company thing, he told me to stop getting between them and the insurance company and even said that this was contributing to the delay. Before hanging up I asked for a legitimate date things would be finished so that I didn't have to keep returning rentals and irritating the insurance agent with he-said-she-said phone calls. "A couple weeks" was the most I ever got. Finally got my car back after 7 weeks at this shop (I was initially told 2-3). Fast forward to May 2018, I go on my first hike of the season. As soon as I enter the dirt parking lot, my radiator falls off the mount. We look under the hood to discover a plethora of cut corners: missing screws on mount assembly, mismatched shapes and sizes for hardware, washers used on all kinds of bolts rather than proper realignment, tapped out screws and bolts just spinning in the hole because the hardware they used looks like somebody raided the spare parts box in the garage. On top of all this, I was never once contacted by 360° of perfection, even when my vehicle was complete. I had to reach out to them or even the insurance company to get any answers. Many of these 5 star reviews have been posted by employees of the shop or the owner's family and friends. Only the positive reviews have been getting replies from the place, so it looks like they're gone like a thief in the night and I'm left to (literally) pick up the pieces. I had to create a BBB page for these guys because they didn't have one of their own, I strongly urge any others who have had (or, god help you, will have) problems to contact the Better Business Bureau with the situation

Steve is a great guy to work with and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. Each time my car was making a strange noise, Steve was able to ride in the car, listen to the noise, and immediately tell me what was wrong. Teresa was very professional, friendly, and got my car scheduled to be repaired in a very short period of time. Overall I’m happy with my experience, especially working with Steve. He is a good person and someone you can trust to get the job done correctly on your vehicle. Jared was also a friendly employee that Is professional and represents the company well.

My car was demolished in the 2017 hail storm. They took such good care of me and my car. It took a little longer than expected because they had so many people needing their cars fixed so they put me in a rental. They went way above and beyond what they had to. No other shop does that. My car looked brand new when I got it back. They're a wonderful family run shop and they make you feel like family. I was so pleased we took my son's car there to get fixed too. You won't be disappointed.

Last year during the CRAZY hail storm we had in May my BMW was nearly destroyed with VERY large hail. My windows busted out, glass everywhere, and every body shop in town that I called was rude or didn't call me back except these guys. Avery, one of their Service Advisors, got me in for an estimate right away and then guided me through my insurance process the entire way. My car took 6 weeks to finish, due to my insurance company being so backed up and the issue of no rentals available but that was in no way their fault. I read some of these reviews and can not believe that some people do not understand that delays are out of their control. Geez. My car was IMMACULATE!! I could not even tell it had happened. Super impressed with their ability to match my paint so I am confident to say they have a very good painter. I did not get to meet the painter but definitely told the Manager Drew to tell him what a great job I thought he or she did. Even better they gave me a lifetime warranty. I recommend 360 Degrees of Perfection to everyone I know. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Avery, Drew, and all the staff at 360 Degrees of Perfection. Hopefully, I do not need a body shop again but if I do I certainly know where to go.

I had an accident with two of my vehicles and was able to get them into 360 Degrees of Perfection to be fixed. They were awesome about getting everything fixed and handled in a timely manner. They handled all the insurance additives that no one wants to deal with and had my truck back a lot quicker than what other shops quoted me. It took less than two weeks for them to fix my truck. They are helping me with my other car, since I have to pay out of pocket, they are giving me a cash deal. I will go back to 360 Degrees of Perfection if I ever need body work on my vehicles again.

My experience with 360 has been an absolute nightmare. My car was very badly damaged from the hail storm this past May. I selected 360 because they were able to get my car into the shop quicker than others. I dropped my car off to them on May 21st. Throughout possession of my vehicle, their staff was untruthful more times than I can immediately count. Repair statuses and pick up dates for my vehicle constantly changed. I was finally promised my car would be completed June 27 and they failed to meet this deadline. I have this promise saved on a voicemail from their management team (Susan). This caused me a financial burden because I reached my maximum rental car coverage limits via my insurance company. After other multiple reassurances that the car was ready, I was finally able to pick my car up a few days later. I thought my problems were over after constantly calling and emailing and eventually notifying them I would be seeking legal counsel if they did not deliver on their promise of a pick-up date for my vehicle. I was assured that management would give me a call and also reimburse out of pocket expenses for rental cars, UBER fares, etc. There was zero follow up. Fast forward a month. I took my car to the car wash and noticed a leak in my headliner. I immediately called 360 to schedule an appointment since it was obvious oversight from the initial repair since the car hadn’t gotten wet before that time. 360 offers a written warranty on their repair work so as much as it pained me I had to take my car back to them. I made two more trips back to 360 with a leaky roof. Each time I received the same lip service on how they identified the problem and water tested with their highest PSI devices. I would take my car home from the shop and use my garden hose for a simple water test. In the end they were incapable of fixing this issue. I came to the conclusion that I would have to cut my losses and deal with a leaky car roof on my own. I wasted enough time and aggravation with 360 and that it was a more sensible decision to pursue other alternatives even if it put me out of pocket.

Avery and Drew took awesome care of me. I had my car there 2 separate times, and both times have been very pleasant. From start to finish Avery took care of me and pretty much gave me updates on a daily basis. From insurance, to even taking care of my rental being picked up it was a quick and stress free process on my end. All staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and can see it is a nicely ran shop.

I had a really good experience with 360! My car was completely messed up! The front bumper and hood was smashed in and even though I didn’t have the money to fix it, Susan and Steve gave me an amazing deal to help me fix it. I had my car back within 3 days beautiful and very cleaned and I have 2 boys so it was not cleaned at all going in but looked brand new coming out! If your vehicle is damaged go here! You will love what their team does for you! Thanks Susan and Steve !!!

Had my vehicle taken to 360 for collision repair work after being sideswiped. 360 was able to get work started on my vehicle sooner than any other shop close to my home and worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. The staff at 360 provided regular updates on my vehicle as it moved through the repair process and they were always available to answer questions as they came up. Susan in particular went out of her way to explain several items during the repair timeline and made me feel very confident in my choice of body shop. I received my vehicle back a day earlier than promised and the repair work performed was top notch. There is no hint of the previous damage and Steve and his staff truly took the time to ensure that my vehicle was returned excellent condition. Beyond the high quality repair work, the customer service provided throughout the process was excellent and I would highly recommend 360 to anyone needing collision repair or general body/paint work.

My initial interaction was very positive. They explained everything to me in great detail and also promised to take care of the additional expenses. I had a rental from my insurance for a month, but they promised multiple times to take care of that part. I specifically called them multiple times to confirm. Now everything changed on the day of the delivery. They went back on their promise with the excuse 'I talk to so many people everyday, I can't remember'. It was only after Steve intervened that I got half of what they promised. And then , I found that my steering was locked . They claimed that it was like that when I brought it in - which was a complete lie. I had to drive to the dealership with a locked steering because I could not prove that they caused it. Overall, I was poorer by $1000 due to them. On the positive side, the work they did had no issues at all. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you do end up going, please ensure they give you a written commitment on everything they say.

I was very impressed by the level of service & kindness from 360 Degrees of Perfection. I was able to get my car in for auto body repairs within a week (where every other auto body shop was quoting 6-12 weeks to just get my car in). They kept me updated on the work being done & timelines. After picking up my car, I noticed an issue with the inside door handle after I got home. I called & they told me to come back in whenever. I came back in & they fixed the issue on the spot. I am so grateful for the timeliness & customer service here. Highly recommend.

This is a review for 360 Degrees of Perfection. They don’t live up to their name. I had my Mercedes delivered to them on 2/19 for tune-up/fuel line cleaning and hail damage repair for the entire car. Drew said it would be a paint-less dent repair job. He later called and said the hood and deck lid needed to be replaced and that the roof needed body work and paint, which I said was fine. I did not get my car back for nearly 2 months (4/13). And when I picked up the car, there are still hail dents in my doors and fenders. He said that I need to pay extra for those dents and leave the car even longer. If I knew this would leave other dents, would cost more and take even longer, I NEVER would have agreed, and would have taken it elsewhere. When I asked why would I pay for a PDR job and leave dents in the doors and fenders, Drew said a lot of customers do that. Really????!!!! On top of all the excuses they gave me why it was taking so long, this was topper! If you care about your car, trust and integrity, I do not recommend 360 Degrees of Perfection. PS. - I am still trying to get a receipt for my payment. They tried to write it on a post-it note (what a joke!) and I have left their accountant a voicemail message. Still have not heard back. The owner said I filed for insurance and he is LYING! I only had liability coverage in this car and paid in full. He is just trying to make me look bad on his reviews. FYI - I also noticed they closed the West Arvada location. I wonder why….

Don't even think about going there for repairs, this company is a scam!!!!! My car stood there for 2 months after the accident, although the insurance company sent a check almost immediately after the car was assessed, but they hid it, brazenly yelled that they did not receive the money, although the insurance company told me that the check was sent and cashed a long time ago. After I told them this, they found many reasons and excuses that they did not receive the money. As a result, after 2 months I picked up my car without repairs, no one returned my money and now they pretended that this money covered the parking, it's ridiculous! When you read all the bad reviews about this company, know that this is the pure truth, but the positive ones are most likely fake!!!
