My 2021 VW oil light inducator said to check oil level. Pulled into this Jiffy Lube. I was met by a professional technician, who checked the oil level, found it 1 1/2qts low. Filled it up and didn't even charge me. I definitely will get my next oil change at this location.

This location no longer takes cash as of 2026. Take away our cash and take away our financial autonomy. I do not support businesses that are cash free. Also, the people working here are great, and they deserve living wage which they are not being paid.

The service and everything was great while I was there. The problem came a week later when I happened to be walking towards my car and could see something hanging down. Turned out to be the ratchet from when they checked the rear differential. I am concerned it caused damage and know that they didn’t use a torque wrench to tighten the plug again so who knows how tight/loose it is. When I went back to show them, no apology, no concern just a laugh about “that’s where that went”. Disappointing and will not be going back.

I used to love this location and rated it 5 stars the last time I went there, but last week when I went back to get my oil changed I had a horrible experience. The guy who was “helping me” was very rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Admittedly, I was past due on my oil change and I didn’t realize how past due I was and I understand that’s not a good thing. What I didn’t need was the service tech treating me like I was an idiot and less than human due to my mistake. I typically get all my fluids topped off there and always have as a part of my oil change service and they typically check my tires and fill them up if needed. He did none of that and presented me with a laundry list of “issues” with my car all to make an extra $. I’m not about to pay $10+ dollars for each of my fluids to get topped off when I can just buy them and do it myself. Super disappointed by this interaction and I will no longer be going to this location after the experience I had last week. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t treat your customers with respect. Take your money and your business elsewhere!

I stopped in for something simple — just a tire pressure check — and Adrian went above and beyond. He checked all four tires carefully and made sure each one was set to the correct PSI. On top of that, he topped off my washer fluid and performed a quick general inspection of my vehicle, all without charging me a dime. Adrian is a great young man and a clear example of strong work ethic and pride in what he does. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes his job seriously. Excellent customer service like this doesn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the extra care and will definitely be back.
