Love Discount tire, one of the guys there loaned me two tires for the front of my car when my tires were in really big need of replacement. I wasnt able to pay for the tires that day so he installed them and let me go for free for three days. I did go back and they changed my other two tires as well. I have been here several times, wait time has been 1hour and 15minutes at the longest. Very efficient and helpful service.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade, but this was my first visit to this location, and it's my favorite yet. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly. The place was hopping, the crew was hustling, and customer service did a great job of keeping things moving. I felt like I was treated with honesty and generosity. Special shout-out to Diego!

I've not had great experiences at most roadside tires places, however, the staff and work here was fast, courteous and met my expecations. Came in for a quick wheel/tire swap from winters to summers for my S4 and was in and out in less than an hour. They also only charged me for one set of wheels so was in and out for $80. If you clearly communicate and set expectations you will not be disappointed. If I trust my Porsche and Audi here, that should be a sign of the quality of work and customer service at this location.

Had a really good experience getting 2 tires replaced In under an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Pro tip: make an appointment and show up on time for fastest turnaround. Will definitely be back to that location again.

Pretty good deal on tires, but they didn't balance them correctly...so had to take it back and wait an hour while they redid their work. They informed me the balance was fine, so I was concerned the alignment was off...but, the car rode fine after that, so it was their balancing of the tires (or lack of). 2018: taking two times to balance tires. Staff running around, not focusing on tasks, while a low level manager yells at them. I can see why their quality of work suffers.

Great service, very fast. Reasonable price, but I would say installation price is a bit high. This location had better selection in stock than any other discount tires. It's not obvious how to check in without going inside. But you can stay in the car during installation if you don't want anyone else drive it.

Went here to have a set of winter tires mounted and balanced. The first annoyance was that I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time on a Saturday but the whole process took almost 3 hours. I wasn't even buying new tires, they were already in the car. Granted it was super busy that weekend, but still this should take an hour to an hour and a half at most, especially with an appointment. Apparently, it didn't really matter that I had planned in advance... The second problem was that the tires were not even balanced correctly. I noticed this at highway speeds a couple days after I had my new tires mounted. The tech running the machine probably had the balancing machine programmed incorrectly for my rim diameter or wasn't paying attention. One of the tires did not even have a single weight on it (which is very unlikely to happen when a wheel/tire combo is balanced correctly). This was pointed out to me recently by an independent tire shop who re-balanced all the tires and had to change the weights by at least 1-2 ounces on each of the four tires. Furthermore, the tires were only balanced on the outside face of the wheel by Discount Tire, whereas the independent shop balanced them properly on both faces. Overall, I cannot recommend this place since it took way too long and the mounting job was not even completed properly. It would not have even been worth my time to bring my car back to fix their mistake even if it were free.

I have been going to Discount for a good 10 years, maybe more? These guys are very hard working individuals, they usually have the nice ones working the front desk, so the customer service is very good. It's amazing how just being friendly will give you repeat customers! More companies should really focus a lot on just being nice it really works! I always intend on continue returning there whenever I need anything tire relate for my wife and our two vehicles. The staff is great in my book👍🏻

Mike T was super knowledgeable and helpful despite being short staffed that day- they got me in and out with my new tires in a reasonable amount of time and I'll definitely try to come to this location whenever possible if they continue with this service. They were swamped over lunch hour, so if you're impatient or in rush and don't have an appointment, you might shoot for a different time. Appointments are very easy to make online or via phone.

A week ago I brought two vehicles to the store and the help I received was awesome. A week later I had an issue with my explorer with the balance of the tires so I brought it back and the store jumped right on it and had an issue with one of the tires and replaced it. While waiting for this awesome service I was observing all the young men working there and how hard and professional these young guys worked. I may not be at all discouraged about this generation watching theses fellows. The future is bright for them. So a big thank you from all of the help and quick service.

After waiting for 3 hours for a tire rotation because I didn’t have an appointment, I found out that all 4 tires had to be replaced. I was helped by Blake, one of the nicest young gentlemen I’ve ever met - a true customer service oriented person. He got me great discounts on the tires because the old ones were still under warranty. He priced matched Costco as well. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Discount Tire, specifically this location from now on. Other folks I spoke with there were also very nice. Who knew getting tires could be so pleasant! 😊

After calling 2 shops that were not very friendly or helpful, I reached out to Discount Tires. On 11/30/20 I called and spoke with Mike, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He scheduled an appointment for my tires the next day. Upon arrival I was created by different Mike, who was great. Dylan ended up assisting me and just like his colleagues, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's such a treat to receive impeccable customer service these days. I am very impressed with Discount Tires. Oh and my tires are pretty nice too! :-D
