I had a really bad experience with this Facility in Arvada. I brought my friends car in to help her get her alternator replaced because it wasn’t charging her battery. The mechanic inform me they would have to take out the air conditioning system to install the new alternator. They fixed the alternator and I paid the bill a little over $1300. Long story short when they removed the air conditioning unit to replace the alternator they caused damage to the air condition unit and now it doesn’t work anymore and Activity my friend who the car belongs to has MS and a medical condition or she can’t be in the heat because of her condition. Took the car back to Firestone in Arvada and they said they didn’t touch it and it wasn’t their fault. So they gave a quote for $1800 to fix it. Plus, when they looked at the car, they drained the Freon out of it in the process while they were looking at it. One of the mechanics from Firestone was eating their lunch inside the hood of her car and left food on the engine. We would just like to get the air conditioning unit fixed that they caused the damage to. They also let all the freon out of the car and didn’t put the caps back on.

Went in for an alignment. The car badly pulled to the right afterwards. Had them redo it. The car continued to badly pull to the right. It went back up on the lift again. They wouldn't give me the sheet for the second alignment (I believe because they were trying to manipulate the results, more below). Third time they adjusted the steering wheel. After that camber is now out of alignment and they tried to tell me that it's now off and I need to take it to the dealership. I think they adjusted the wheel to get it to fail camber to try and make it the dealer's problem. I got the impression that they think women are stupid. I have rebuilt engines and heavily modified my other vehicles. I'm not stupid. Front camber of .1degrees difference side to side has nothing to do with pulling to the right. The numbers for cross alignment on toe and caster were woefully off and that is causing the pull. On top of that they tried to tell me my battery guard was at the end of it's useful life and I needed a corrosion package. I attached the photo of the battery. It looks new. So they are too incompetent to do an alignment properly and scammers to boot. I will never be back. Edit: I went to Firestone in Parker two days after the appointment. They got me in on time and had the car perfectly aligned in under an hour. The service person there was kind and professional. No one tried to upsell me on the fake battery issue. The car pulls true. Not surprisingly at all they didn't try to refer me to Volkswagen for a nonexistent issue.

Tristan and Davante are straight shooters. I have been looking for a local garage I can trust since I moved to Denver in 2018, and after getting upsold, over-charged, lied to, and largely ignored elsewhere (especially at the dealerships for my two vehicles) I believe he and his crew at this particular Firestone location have earned *all* my vehicle needs going forward. I cannot recommend him and the crew at Firestone enough!

The Firestone store on 80th and Wadsworth in Arvada is a scam, beware! I took my car to get an alignment done and after it was completed on the way home, I start to hear a loud knock underneath the car.(which wasn’t happening before). I then drove the car right back to Firestone to see what was going on. There explanation was (“your drive shaft was bent, and now that we’ve straitened it, it might be rubbing now, but when it was bent, it wasn’t rubbing and if you don’t have us fix it for $570.00, it’s not safe to drive.”) Absolute scammers. I had the car inspected at Toyota a few weeks before, and they said everything looked great. What happened is one of Firestone’s mechanics didn’t tighten some bolts which then ruined the rod, and then they tried to not take responsibility when it’s clear as day. Never going back, and I will be reporting this to the better business. Do not go here if you don’t want to be taken advantage of.

We came in, didn’t look super busy. The gentleman that was inside quoted us a price for 4 new tires, but said we can do it right now. It took an hour, we walked to Target while it was being done. When we came back our hood was up and they were just finishing up. When we paid. We asked why the hood was up. He stated it’s a company policy for safety, it tells everyone they are working on it PLUS they topped off my windshield wiper fluid!! These guys were top notch!! We will continue to go to our local Firestone!

I had a really positive experience here after a a stressful car experience. I called multiple times and ended up unexpectedly having to tow my car there. I spoke with DeVante throughout this on the phone and he was very kind and helpful. The result was that this whole situation ended up not being as stressful as it could've been. I was able to get my car in before they opened and they started right away; I was able to get my car back that afternoon with everything taken care of.
