****This is a revision from my previous 1 star review... The Store manager, Joe, contacted me the same day and made it right with my purchase. He apologized for how I was treated and explained the situation. I appreciate that and because of he made it right, I changed my review from one star to 5 and will give them another try! Thank you for caring about your customers!*** 1 Star Review - Purchased tires from this location 2 years ago and the $1200 set tires wore down in 30k miles on a 55k warranty. I then purchased another set of tires in October 2024 on the Goodyear Website with my GY credit card. When I took the truck in for my installation appointment a few weeks later and mentioned that I felt that I should be given some credit for the tires on there now and I was told by the manger, Fred, that he could not refund money for the warranty since I bought on-line unless he redid the purchase and I would not get the rebate that I earned for the tires I bought on line because it has expired in the meantime wating for my installation date. He told me I should have broght it in before buying new tires. I let it go thinking I just won't buy from them again. I am a female and I feel he was very condescending to me and treated me like an idiot because of that. I then had an issue with my TPMS on one tire literally days after installation. I called and was told to drop it off all day so they could look at it. Fred called to tell me that I needed to pay another $85 for a sensor that I had no issue with before getting my tires replaced. I tried to tell him it wasn't an issue before the tires were put on but he wanted to argue and let me know that when I paid money for the TPMS parts and labor in my invoice ($24?) it wasn't for new sensors. He was again condescending to me explaining how a TPMS works, well I know how it works! So another $85 down the drain for something that would have been an issue if it wasn't for the tire replacement. I hate to say it but I should have listened my husband and gone to Discount! I do not recommend this location at all and some employees need lessons in customer service!

Isaiah was so freaking amazing I came in with a nail in my tire. And he took care of it right away had me back on road quick. He had such great customer service skills and was welcoming. It's hard to find this kind of customer service nowadays. Thanks Isaiah keep it up you need a raise π―

These guys are a hell of a team. They got me in at the end of the day, squared the issue away like a boss and got me out. Absolutely got a return customer π―
