Most honest, fast, and dependable place I’ve ever been been to.. I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. Not only because of the impressive time, quality, and job, but the over all atmosphere and respect 10/10 would recommend and will be recommending in the future.

Repairs were made promptly and prices were competitive. Unfortunately, the brake job failed after about 3000 miles and caused the front rotor and spindle to fuse. Luckily, there was no damage to the van body or any person. The shop owner had warranty insurance, but it did not cover the cost to have the damage repaired and brake job redone. I had to pay an additional $1400 and delay my trip by 10 days while replacement parts were found and shipped for this 28-year-old van over the holidays. I lived in a parking lot for those ten days since my temporarily immobilized vehicle was my lodging as well. Additionally when the calipers were removed, it was apparent that a paint job had been done on them as the masking (duct) tape was still on them. The shop owner doing the repair work was appalled. When I asked the shop owner, Rich, to cover the whole cost of making good on the brake job he said he only felt obligated to cover what the insurance would pay. Insurance does not cover consequential damage (the rotor/spindle problem.) Don't be seduced by a lower cost service. Apparently you get what you pay for.

I had a great experience here and I will for sure be coming here when needed. One of the best shops I have found in Arvada/Westminster so far. I took my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta here for an alignment. From the beginning they treated me with respect, and were courteous all the way through. They gave me realistic time frames and were fair with their pricing. So far the car has held up! Also, one thing I noticed is that my tire pressures were all set according to the manufacturer specs! You don't ever see that with the big chain stores! So, that was a HUGE plus for me since I don't like driving on over inflated tires. They let me know as soon as my car was done so I could pick it up later. The only thin I didn't like is that my car seat was left in a different position than I drive in, a minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless. Price: 10/10 Communication: 10/10 Friendliness: 10/10 Professionalism: 9/10

Worst shop The owner didn’t mention a $40 inspection fee in the beginning and when I went to pick up my car, tried charging me when I said there was no discussion of me being charged anything in the beginning he said all the other guy that I spoke to was supposed to tell me and that he wouldn’t waive the fee or help me out on it at all Because they messed up and didn’t mention it or tell me about it in the beginning

These guys are awesome! My van was making some noises so I stopped by without an appointment and they looked at it quickly and diagnosed the problem for me. They also showed me exactly what was going on so I knew I could trust them. I was able to leave it with them and they were able to order the parts quickly and get it done for me the next day. Finally found a good alignment shop. I had my car aligned by a Volvo dealer. Twice. And each time they gave me a print out and said it was in spec. But it didn't feel right and was chopping tires. I bring it to 303 and sure as I expected, it was way out of alignment! These guys did a great job and are willing to discuss the alignment with you (I had my old alignment spec sheet from dealer they reviewed with me). I highly recommend 303. Best alignment shop I've found in literally years. Oh, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks guys I will for sure be back!

Clearly explained and showed me all other issues i still need to address while car was in the air and before any work was done. Did all the work that I required. Alignment took about 40 minutes time. Explained & included documentation that showed the exact before, after, and required specs. Before specs were way off, i would have needed 4 new tires immediately. After specs were within requirements Dont need to purchase 4 new tires now. Also had the best price in town. I was very happy with my experience! I'm sure you will be too!

I had a great experience at 303 Alignment. I stopped by on a Thursday and set up an appointment to replace my inner and outer tie rods. Rich was kind, professional, and good to talk to. They knocked out the repair just two business days later on Monday and also let me know that my inner tie rods were still in great shape, saving me several hundred dollars. Car now drives quiet and smooth. Will definitely be back in the future for all my suspension needs.

What an incredible place! Family-owned and operated business by the most amazing people. Rich took a look at our Subaru Outback that had been wrongfully and poorly towed. He was able to give us a quick assessment on our alignment and walked us through the process of next steps with the towing company, insurance, and our cars warranty. He informed us that we should take our vehicle to the dealership to ensure that our warranty covered as much of the damage as possible. This means that he had our best interests at heart, even without our business. Rich spent at least 20 minutes with us, and was so kind, patient, and informative. So disappointing This happened to me in November 2024 and i atill feel compelled to alert potential customers. I noticed wear on my right front tire so stopped in to have an alignment. My father and I had used this place once before to get freon replaced in his truck and found them to be up front and knowledgeable about the process and stated for us to think about them doing the work since there couldnt be a guarantee because often freon loss is due to a slow leak. We opted to postpone any work for that. Since the guy was so candid I went back to the business feeling I would get honest information and a fair price. What it turned into was a $1300 estimate and a phony demonstration of what the front end was supposedly doing to cause the wear. He had a guy put a crow bar somewhere under the axel while the car was up on the hyrdrolic lift moving the crow bar back and forth saying it was seriously giving slack, but i only saw it barely move. The car was not driving badly so I left and told him I'd think about it, but he continued to say it would only get worse and cause more problems. I took it to another mechanic and let him know what 303 told me. The mechanic took a look and said he didn't see what they were talking about bc he only saw a part that was contributing to the alignment problem and fixed it for $189, at which point I then took it over to Big O for the actual alignment bc the mechanic doesn't have alignment equipment. It's been four months and the car rides beautifully with zero wear on the new tires I put on the car a day after the alignment. I felt I was lied to by 303 and the phony value statement that hangs behind their service desk is just a prop....it's really too bad they couldnt be more honest bc I was really looking forward to having a place I count on and refer people to.

Overly satisfied with this shops work. After numerous times of being given the run around along with being told one things wrong when it’s not and never getting the issues fixed. Rich made me feel comfortable and confident with leaving my baby in their hands. He allowed me to see the issue on the car and off after the parts were replaced, and called me with every last bit of news good and bad. The price is very fair as you get high quality parts not something from a parts store that’s been sitting for who knows how long. Also very happy with timing, 24 hours and I had my car back!! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely DO NOT go to 303 Alignment and Auto. This place is a complete scam and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business—especially when it comes to Smart Start services. I paid them over $600, and NONE of that money was ever reported to Smart Start. That means they basically pocketed the money and left me in the system as if I never paid a dime. When I went to get my calibration done, Smart Start told me I still owed $464—and had zero record of anything I paid to 303 Alignment. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and borderline criminal in how they conduct business. You’re not only wasting your money—you’re wasting your time and risking your entire program. Thankfully, I went to the Smart Start location in Northglenn, where they immediately saw what happened, helped me get reimbursed, and made sure I got full credit. THEY were professional. 303 Alignment is the exact opposite. I will NEVER return to this location and I strongly warn everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Go anywhere else but here. This place should NOT be trusted with your money or your vehicle what’s really sad as the owner is gonna act like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and you have no footage of me talking on the phone with Smart Start because you guys did do the calibration that day and I did pay you guys again and then I made sure not to come to you and went to Northland and talk to them directly and that’s why I was completely reimbursed. I had no such thing as late fees or anything, etc. you guys charged way more than Smart Start even ask you to charge. and you don’t report anything back to Smart Start like you’re supposed to and that’s exactly why Smart Start was able to reimburse me all the money I paid you guys. I gladly will continue to protest your company and let everybody I know I can. To post a Review on 303 alignment and auto complete scams and then you’re gonna call me and then try to belittle me watch how that comes back to you tenfold

I had a terrible wobble in my steering wheel and already had tires balanced and rotated by Discount . So next, I thought I would need an alignment. 303 told me that would be a waste of money and would fix my problem. After looking at the tires, he was right I needed a new set. He was very upfront and giving me a total price out the door without hidden fees and comparing this to other shops. It was a good deal. He was spot on it completely fix the problem. 303 is now my new mechanic they are easy to work with, honest and a good rate. Being a female, I sure appreciate an honest mechanic.

Highly recommend 303 Alignment and Auto! I needed an alignment after noticing some odd tire wear. After seeing and confirming the problem, they got to work. Interestingly the alignment I came in with was "technically" within spec - but I'm very happy to say they did not stop there. They took extra time to dig further into the alignment and suspension and I left with my truck aligned evenly and very straight. Im very satisfied with their work and great service! Thank you 303!

Fernando is absolutely great. Professional, knows how to talk to customers, and GENUINELY cares about the people who are paying thousands of dollars and trust into this business. Unfortunately his partner rich is very difficult to talk to. Extremely defensive. Even when a person is soft spoken and gentle to him bringing up concerns, he becomes aggressive like an anger switch was turned on all of a sudden. Immediate aggression response. His response shows that he does not care to hear what the customer has to say, or does not care in general about this business or customers that are making this business possible. I paid $800 solely for labor only (within the $2100 total). There was a new issue that suddenly came up after the vehicle was serviced at their shop. I had a hunch it was electrical, since the service here focused on the electrical cables etc. I spoke to Lakewood electric auto, who said it is completely possible that going through electrical could have messed with other electrical parts that were connected and started causing this new issue. I had my husband call. Rich told my husband they didn’t need to look for exactly where the short was because they already knew it was the headlights so they never messed with anything else. But when I dropped off my vehicle, I was told by rich that the short has to be searched because they don’t know where it is, which would take hours, which is why I will be paying $800 only for searching the short. These are two opposite statements that he told my husband and myself. If I paid $800 for a short to be searched taking hours, how did he tell my husband he already knew where the short area was? If they knew, why did it take $800 worth labor (hours and hours). I brought that up very gently. Rich immediately pointed a finger at me, actually, and started saying, and I quote “you called me a liar and this and that” verbatim. I’m a soft spoken person, and I asked him “I’m not being aggressive at all, and he doesn’t have to be aggressive.” In general he’s a very “short” response person and it’s easy to tell he doesn’t really care about business fork how he talks to you and doesn’t care to listen. Unfortunately is not aware that’s not how you talk to customers. Especially since I’m generally a gentle and smiley person. Going through other reviews, you can see Rich’s responses are very aggressive instead of responding in a professional business manner. PS my husband paid nearly $8000 in two occasions to get suspensions and airbags fixed. It’s been 4 months. They’re both broken. $8000 down the drain. I do think if only Fernando ran the business, they would keep a lot of customers. Fernando cares. He explains thoroughly. Very professional. Therefore 4 stars for Fernando. I wish I could give separate reviews for the two owners. Anger issues for no reason, instead of assessing the situation first, and professionally explaining, and then to add, Aggressive temperaments is a quick way to lose customer trust who especially is being gentle and logically explaining to this aggressive person. Thank you for your professionalism Fernando :) I do appreciate that a lot!
