Trinity does awesome work. Took my 6.7L Cummins Ram in on a time crunch for some fuel filters, oil change, and new tires and their customer service was exceptional. They got me taken care of and back on the road beyond satisfied with great prices too. Very thankful and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I recently inherited my Father's 2017 escalade and the dash screen basically stated oil change ASAP. A simple oil change ($120)turned into all the fliuds being low and burnt and needed service right away because waiting would cause major damage to total sum of $965. Next day, bill was 1300. I remembered my dad would go to Rickenbaugh. Called them up, and they said vehicle was fully serviced 3,000plus miles ago and if fluids were low let alone burnt, dash board, like with oil change, would of stated so. It took me a week to come up with the added money with the last 300 never being approved by me to be done. Went into grab it and mechanic suggested a $100. discount and Jason (Counter guy) said, dose that work or we can charge you 100 for storage fee. This garage is a prime example of; beware of car garages for they will over charge you for things that never needed to be done and poses a good old boy mentality. Worst mistake I've made in a very long time, was in thinking, Trinity Garage was reputable, upfront, trust worthy and over all decent car garage. If you are a female or older person driving an exspansive car, do not trust these poor excuse for humans, as a trust worthy, reputable place of business cause they are far from it.

As I drove in to Denver I found that my front brakes started grinding. I needed to get back on the road fast. I Called around to many places. But no one would help me out. Trinity took good care of me. Got me back on the road fast and didn't charge me a ridiculous price. I personally deal with a lot of repair facilities and this place has definitely been one of the best. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be repaired they had a little old lady pull up just needing a bulb replaced and they took care of her immediately rather than have her wait like a lot of other places do. Fast service for small repairs and they haven't tried to sell a bunch of unnecessary addons that I have seen.

Trinity Auto was recommended to me by someone I have known and trusted for a very long time. My neighbor started using Mike in Golden and followed him to Trinity Auto in Arvada! Both Mike and Jason were extremely kind and took the time to help me understand my options and set me uo for success with my new-to-me vehicle! As a single woman whose father passed away, I am extremely grateful for trustworthy men and mechanics!

We found out about Trinity Auto by purchasing a VIP card that someone brought into our business. They helped me save a lot of money on an older van by doing it a full free diagnostic on the vehicle and pointing out several problems instead of the one I had brought it in for. We took that saved money and purchased a new van. We brought it to them immediately and they did a full work through and fixed both automatic back doors as well as a wheel liner that needed to be replaced. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect! We will be bringing my vehicles to them in the future, and recommend that you give them a try if you’re in need.

A fair and truthful auto repair shop. Their hourly rates are high but it keeps good mechanics loyal. This is independently owned, not a franchise business. The work I have experienced has been good. I gave them 4 stars because we need to return the vehicle for a minor issue from the last job and I didn't receive the coupon credit on my bill. These are minor issues and I would still recommend Trinity Auto Repair.

I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler that had a few warning lights that kept coming on. I didn't want to bring it to the dealership because it wasn't close/convenient and they usually charge much more than a locally owned shop. I found this place online and after reading several recent reviews, made an appt. Jason was my point of contact and he was always friendly and honest about what was needed. He gave me options and talked through them with me in a way that other car repair shops don't always do with women. He and his service team were able to resolve everything that needed to be fixed and even one that didn't (one sensor came on and it was just because a cord became unplugged. They just plugged it back in, informed me and didn't charge us!) When I picked the Jeep up, I also got to meet Mike, the owner who shared that he had taken over about 2 or so years ago so all of the bad reviews were unfortunately due to the previous owners neglect of the business and poor customer service. I would take our other car here for repairs, no hesitation and happy to refer you all here as well! I love that there's somewhere within just a few of our home that is also a locally-owned business that does a great job for a fair price. Thanks, guys!

I was surprised by the amount of good reviews considering how negative our experience was. We decided to go with Trinity auto for our check engine light on our diesel sprinter van because of how quickly they were able to get the van in and based on the number of good reviews we gave them a chance. After diagnosing the issue we were quoted a reasonable price and I was happy with the timeline they claimed they would have it done by. However as time went on there was a lack of communication and I had to call them each time I wanted to know what was going on with the van. Each call ended reassuring me they were going to get started on the repairs the following day and that our van was at the top of their list to get done. This was never the case. I completely understand their struggle with staffing issues in todays economic climate and can’t be mad at them for being short staffed. I am however frustrated with the lack of communication with our situation. We ultimately picked up our vehicle and we’re told they “didn’t have the resources to fix our van and recommended another auto repair shop”. I am shocked by the lack of customer service and even with my very generous understanding of the situation was not offered an apology for the time wasted. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that hopefully situations like this are not the norm for their business however this was an extremely frustrating experience and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I have a 2008 Subaru Impreza that I have had recent work done at trinity. They fixed my clutch, my valve cover gaskets and oil sensor pressure. They are honest about work needing to be done and got it done in less than a day both times which was very helpful! They are very fair about their prices and a huge difference in prices compared to Meineke across the street who wanted to charge me almost $1,000 more and told me my brakes were bad when they in fact they weren’t. I appreciate you guys (Mike & Jason) and will definitely be back for any further work done! I recommend to anyone needing auto services.

Very nice staff, talk forever otp to other customers (5+ mins waiting to even talk to them), then one of the guys took the person that arrived after us first and took 15 mins to get to us when we were there first (we only wanted an estimate), told us to come on in for an estimate (our car isn't supposed to be driven on) only for us to get there come to find out the guy went on break and we'd have to wait over an hour for him to get back from lunch. It was 80° plus degrees and we had our 2 year old with us. I feel as if we wasted our time just to not have it fixed at all. Very unprofessional in that way, please learn how to treat your customers.

I've taken my Subaru to Trinity several times and always have a pleasant experience. These seems like good honest guys with good vibes. Would much rather work with a local business like Trinity instead of a corporate chain. Thanks for taking good care of my beloved Subaru!

I had my car in for a fuel pump. Its been back 3 times; still not fixed. The fuel pump leaks gasoline out of the top of the fuel tank now thanks to Trinity auto. Mike said he would fix it, now he is unavailable. I had to call the police on the owner Mike Dicroce and report it stolen to get my car back. Be very careful dealing with this place.

I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Auto Repair. They are honest and do quality work. Many auto shops do not work on older vehicles any longer, but Trinity does! I needed an A/C recharge on my 1994 4Runner. It also needed to be converted to the newer R134A refrigerant. Trinity did the work quickly, and for a very reasonable price. I also needed work on the lower control arms off my 2008 Tacoma; to press out old ball joints and bushings, and press new ones in. Those ball joints can be very difficult. They had to work on them a lot to get the old ball joints out, but they only charged me for a few hours of labor. So if you're looking for an honest shop with integrity and quality work, definitely go to Trinity!

Never take your vehicle here. 100% mark up on parts. Fried my fan switch, gas lit me and tried to convince me they must have just missed it during their diagnostic. Only told me that the fan wasn't working on half the speed settings after I paid.

Jason was great to work with on a recent claim. It’s clear the shop takes pride in doing honest, quality work. Everything was handled quickly, communication was solid, and nothing was missed. Always a good experience when a small business stays this responsive and organized.

I took my Jeep with 58,000 miles to Trinity Auto Repair for a routine oil change, and they quoted me $4,500 for unnecessary repairs. When I explained that the cost was outrageous, they pushed a financing option, which felt predatory. I’m not a car expert, but this seemed like a clear attempt to take advantage of customers. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and the actual repairs needed were under $200. Save your money and avoid this place—get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.
