Honestly from beginning to end it was a great experience. When I first came in I was greeted by Victor who was super friendly and patient. Then I took it on a test drive with Joaquin, who explained every question I had the whole drive. Dropping off my car, Kevin explained step by step and was informative with everything that would happen. Then Clayton was super friendly & gave me a ride to work (twice) while my car was being serviced. The whole experience was super smooth, and I just appreciate how they worked with me, especially Victor when I was being a little indecisive he was patient and still helped me in the end however he could. The whole team that I worked with was amazing. I will definitely be back if I have any other car issues in the future.

The guys are nice true enough but they are there to sell services don’t forget that and of course to take your money for example I took my suv in to get a alignment before I took it in I explained to the service writer my make of my vehicle he knew that this year vehicle had to have adjustment in the rear and by factor it didn’t come with this option to me this was a less than Christ they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment and only alignment the front then they told me if I do the repair myself that they would charge me for the alignment again to me this is not Christ like it truly rubbed me the wrong way I was nice in fact laughed it off just be careful with these nice guys 😂😂

I had my car serviced at this location a few weeks ago I had asked them to do a simple task but yet they wanted me to do a diagnostic when I had already had one done prior and yet they said I needed a hose replacement thinking they would solve the problem but yet they neglected to communicate with me of the problem so I scheduled a service and they fixed the hose but yet they said that my car was smoking yet my car had been serviced prior to going to your shop so I believe that you had done something to my car was at your location for hours and my car had never smoked in the history of owning it so I fill as if you had done something wrong to my car and you had not asked permission to do something else to my car other than repair of the hose. I also had friends say that this location has failed to repair properly and they go above and beyond to get more repairs done on your car but yet your wasting my time and other I feel like they are not doing proper repairs and service at this location I would not return or recommend them to another person at all

Some of the nicest mechanics I've ever meet. That's there gimmick. So nice friendly. But there salesman! I was there working and had to get a few things done to my truck. Found them on line. Went told them what I needed done..Sure we can do all that and then they tell you the price. And what do you do,you gotta get it done. Then there's the free 10 point inspection "Free" get the work done that I needed. Then comes the free 10 point inspection..Yea! This needs changing that needs changing,This and that and more! How much to do all this? Nearly $3000.00...and it was flushing all the fluids out and replace the 2 radiator hoses. That's it. $3000.00 I Don't think so. You can get all that done a hell of a lot cheaper somewhere else.....

This was hands down the best service I've ever been given from a mechanic shop, and I'll definitely come back again. The staff were friendly, worked very quickly, and were very communicative about the work that was being done, allowing to understand and follow along with ease. It was also very easy to get some work done on my vehicle that was covered under my warranty, and didn't have any hassle whatsoever in getting it done.

I had an incredible experience with Christian Brothers Automotive on Old Denton Road in Fort Worth. Back in November, I accidentally drove my 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T through a flooded street during a heavy downpour. My engine took in water and completely locked up. I was stressed and unsure what would happen next. From the moment my car arrived, Kevin and his team were outstanding. Kevin explained everything clearly, worked directly with my insurance company, and kept me updated through every step of the process. He was patient, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me get through a really tough situation. I have never met a shop with more integrity than this group here on Old Denton Hwy! We came here 5 years ago when our little family moved to Texas and our 20 year old family rig was having issues. They were the only shop to give us a fair quote and be open and honest about anything they encountered (with pictures and videos of what they were talking about). Here we are, 5 years later and my family and I are leaving Texas needing an overhaul on our old rig. They brought it in, took detailed notes on what I was hearing/seeing with it, serviced it, and charged $1,300 less than what I was expecting. No big sales pitch on things I didn’t need, they gave suggestions and let me pick if I wanted to approve but also shared the critical things they believed it needed. I picked up my Suburban and started it from afar with the key fab. I heard the starter but thought it died from the auto start. I got to the door and opened it just to realize IT WAS SO QUIET. Oil pressure was back to normal, all fluids running clean, engine bay was cleaner than ever, acceleration was zero struggle, no misfires. Legit made me emotional! Our 20 year old suburban runs better now than the day we bought it! So thankful for this crew. most forgot to mention that I moved almost an hour away since 5 years ago and I’ve been to 5+ other shops. Knowing we were leaving TX I drove the 1hr and took Ubers as needed to ensure this was done correctly! 65 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

They are a complete scam trying to dry your wallet out as much as they can. Took my truck in for a loud noise. They found the issue and told me it will be $5,514 to fix it. Mind you. I was able to drive the truck to the mechanic place and now they call back saying transmission is busted and going to cost me another $6,000 to repair. I was able to drive it to their place just fine and now they said it wont drive forward. I said leave it alone and i will pick up the truck myself on dec. 20. They made me pay for an issue they cause and now im on my way to pick up my truck to tow it back to colorado. Once i bring the truck back to colorado and have my mechanic take a look at it. He even said they were trying to scam me big time and nothing was wrong with the transmission. He did some adjustment and boom. Trucks works perfectly fine with the same transmission. Don’t take your vehicle here, they will find problems that is not there so they can bill you as much as they can. I uploaded a video and picture of the reciept of the scam they made me pay. Best believe i will take this to the next level and make a complaint
