I had an outstanding 5-star experience at Christian Brothers Automotive in Lafayette. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Brandon, my service advisor, was exceptional—he took the time to clearly explain each recommended service, how it impacted my vehicle, and the warranties that came with it. What really impressed me was the transparency. I received a detailed written estimate via text and email, complete with actual photos of my car and animated videos showing exactly how the parts functioned. It made everything easy to understand and gave me total confidence in the work being done. Even though the repairs were unscheduled, they were completed ahead of schedule and all within the same day. On top of that, they offered a convenient courtesy shuttle, which made the whole process even smoother. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I had to replace a gas tank and rear brakes and rotors on my car. Christian Brothers was pretty quick at getting me in and very thorough with the photos on the inspection. There was a slight problem with not getting something repaired, but they were quick to fix it and offered to pick me up with their shuttle. Randy was the most helpful person although I understand I don’t know the name of the mechanic my SUV back together overall a good experience.

I came to Christian Brothers Automotive because it was the closest shop to where I lived and figured I could walk home easily (and come to find out they also have a complimentary shuttle!). I came without an appointment for a tail light replacement, and Brandon was incredibly kind and helpful and got everything fixed so quickly! This is a great auto repair shop. It is very clean and the people are knowledgeable and friendly. They offered me a ride home while my oil was being changed and my car was being inspected. They even offered me a bottle of water when I picked it up. I was provided with a very detailed list of things that should be done with my car as I had requested an inspection since I am selling it. I will use them in the future.

I have needed repairs and general checkups, especially with my oil and they have always been upfront and honest about everything! I went just today to get some seats clicked in(it's an old car) and they did it free of charge and offered me a free coffee just because! At first they had me as a costumer. Then I take my car in for a tune up. 1200 dollars for an emissions control module plugs and 6 spark plug. 3 days to repair. Should have know they where fixing to cause more problems. This is a 1 day repair. Then when I get it back I notice a leak. Well everything was great till they touched my car. Now I went from the 1200 dollar repair to 2000 dollars worth of repairs. There were no leaks when I took it in but now my tune up of 1200 turned to almost 3 thousand in repairs. I chose not to go back because next it could be my granny fails. I believed in them till all this went down now I cant and will never recommend them for any repair job. Not even fueling my car and my 7 yr old nephew can do that.

These guys were awesome. I worked closely with Kyle and he was always looking out for my best interest and explained things really thoroughly for me. The maintenance wasn't the cheapest, but I know they do good work and how they treated me felt worth it for the price. Would highly recommend!
