I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Been in there a few times now and the customer service is always exceptional! If it is getting my tire pressure checked or a battery replaced or advice on my tires they always have been super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't write a ton of reviews but I had to for this place! I went in today because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They fixed it in no time and did not charge me a cent! When I told them I didn't buy my tires there, it was no matter to them, they fixed it for free anyways! When the time comes that I do need new tires, this is definitely the place I will be going to get them!

He checked my brakes as they were squeaking and diagnosed the problem with graceful knowledge. I’m sure it’s tough for a mechanic to try to explain to somebody who knows absolutely nothing about cars, such as myself. However the techs here take the time to carefully explain all of the work that’s needed and listed by priority what I should do first. It’s not often you get this kind of upfront honest service from a mechanics shop and it’s very refreshing. The services were reasonable and done promptly. All of the employees took the time to talk to my overly talkative 5 year old, which made his day. Throw in some free popcorn and you have created a very welcoming environment. Hats off to everybody at this location for a job well done and friendly atmosphere!

I am a Discount Tire refugee and I am so glad these guys are here. I have bought tires for two vehicles in the last 6 weeks, and the service was outstanding. Part of that is the tires are balanced and properly inflated from the get go. Discount could almost never get it right the first time, always had to go back for them to redo their work at least once. Not here. And I find the tires themselves to perform well, just as good as the Michelins I used to buy. 5 stars for sure.

After trying 3 different shop, and discount tire wasting my time 2 times. I came to les schwab, to get my tpms sensors replaced. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with professionalism and a great attitude. I didn’t have an appointment but that wasn’t an issue they pulled my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time, definitely recommend coming here for any tire work for-sure.

I had an incredible experience at Les Schwab in Lafayette. I came in with a pesky tire that was losing air regularly. Exhausted by needing to add air to my tire every single day, I was desperate for some support. Worse, this had been happening for almost two years and I had always been told that the tire was fine when it really was not. Diego took amazing care of me today. He greeted me in the parking lot, kindly listening to my issue. He quickly got to work and, to my delight, found the source of the issue and resolved it once and for all. I am excited to save $2.50 every day moving forward and all the time lost for the daily refilling. Service was fast, thorough, and kind - with no charge for the quick tire check. Thank you, Diego!
