Took my car here and was very pleased with the service and report. The folks at the office also spent a lot of time going back and forth with the car warranty I have to get me the best coverage for the repair. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers! They initially worked on my Jeep and were completely honest when they weren’t sure how to fully fix the issue. I went to the Jeep dealership for a diagnosis and then brought it back to Christian Brothers, and they got it fixed perfectly. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!

Great communication with me about the repair. I’m 350 miles away trying to get my granddaughter’s car repaired. It was done when promised and after speaking with granddaughter the repair is great. About a year ago I was in Denver and replaced her foggy headlights with new aftermarket. I didn’t have a place to set up the correct aiming of them so set up an appointment with Christian Brothers and drove back home to Vernal, UT. They called the next day and told me the headlights were proper alignment and there was no change. Anyone that would do that is someone I want to do business with!

This is my first time at Christian Brothers. They were great. The facility was clean and warm. The staff was welcoming, especially Dan and Dean and the service was perfect. A bonus is getting a ride to and from my home!

Justin and his team took our company vehicle in and did 3K of work and a wire broke loose that was not their fault, causing the vehicle to stop operating. We had to tow the vehicle back in for $375, then they graciously covered the charge of the tow and repaired the component to give us our vehicle back. They were on time polite, courteous and fast, highly recommend! It's nice to see a business run. The old fashioned way.. the same way we run our chimney sweep business.Thank you so much!

Annual service and additional maintenance. Very efficient and honest. Great communication with texts and phone call explaining items found during inspection. Done on time. Provided a shuttle home after drop off. Fair price and given a military discount on the USMC Birthday as a bonus. All those working there are very polite and friendly.

It’s never great to find your car needs some costly fixes. However, we entrusted our vehicle to Christian Brothers and have no regrets. The team sends a comprehensive estimate with images of where the repair is needed. After approval of the work needing to be done, their team went immediately to work. In fact, we were impressed with the team finding more affordable parts which brought our total below what we expected to pay. The team also made other fixes to ensure the vehicle drives as we would expect. I’m grateful to have a team we can trust for our car repairs.

Every time I’ve had something go wrong with my car I have went out of my way to drive to Christian Brothers because their service, communication, transparency, and kindness are well worth it. You’re not questioning what’s happening with your vehicle, the pricing is fair for such good customer service as well. I highly recommend visiting either the Commerce City or Wheat Ridge Christian Brothers because I have used them both and they never disappoint. One extra thing is they have a courtesy shuttle that has a 5 mile radius. If you live close by you won’t have to worry about asking a friend to take you to drop off and pick up your vehicle.

While I did not WANT to have to replace my intake manifold (in my 14-year-old car), I was very happy with everything Christian Brothers Wheat Ridge did. They communicated clearly about their diagnostic steps, my options, how long it would take to fix, and cost (which was reasonable and in the expected range when I researched). Their car service even picked me up from another appointment I'd already scheduled and then took me home. When I picked my car up the next day, they showed me the old manifold and provided a little education (at my request). Many thanks to Dan Troxell, who shepherded me through the process.

I walked in like a little kid lost their parents- clueless and afraid. Luckily, the staff here were beyond impeccable. Talk about hospitality- the front desk receptionist was reassuring, kind, and a beautiful welcoming smile for someone up at 7am. I couldn’t tell if I was in an auto shop or at the Ritz Carlton Hotel (the one in Hawaii specifically). As I waited in the lobby for my Uber, I was greeted by two more staff members who were more than happy to offer me coffee, water, and a magazine to read while I waited. I might have to book a vacation here to relive that kind of hospitality. Oh yeah, and they fixed my car obviously.

Had great service. Super friendly took my wifes truck in for a oil change ...they checked all fluids... my only issue was they told me my coolant was very low and recommended a pressure test to see where it might be going... so I checked it before I left the parking lot and my coolant level was at max line....they didn't add any and neither did I so I had to show them the coolant level was perfectly fine and how to check it properly so they dont scare people thinking they may have a major problem ....other than that I would definitely take it back

I can't say enough good things about CBA. I had a car I was looking to buy and had them do an inspection before I bought it. I'm so glad I did! Taylor did an incredibly detailed report as well as a visual assessment. They literally saved me thousands of dollars and kept me from making a big mistake! Melanie was absolutely the best to work with, answering all my questions and was patient with the all the changes in scheduling. Thank you guys!

10/10 Recommend. Brought my Fiat in for a gear shifting and shaking issue, Dan and his team were quick to service my car. They give an itemized list of every check on their inspection report. Any questions are promptly answered, they tell you exactly what they find in detail. I love the ability to approve / deny services that are listed, it makes the process smooth, transparent, and gives you visibility on the cost of labor and parts. Even helped me compare costs of parts elsewhere and made me feel comfortable with the services I accepted. Will be coming back!

Christian Brothers in Wheat Ridge is fantastic! I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. From the mechanics to the customer service, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest. They provided a detailed list of all findings with photos and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I truly appreciated the transparency and trust they offered. Highly recommend!

Had a leak in my tire, stopped in to see if they had time to repair it. They took a look at it and told me I would need a new tire, it could not be repaired. Unfortunately they did not have the brand tire I needed but told me where I could go to get one. They topped off my tire and sent me on my way. I was so grateful for their helpful attitude and assistance. I would have had to call for a tow without their help. I was impressed by their willingness to help when they weren’t going to profit for their efforts. Based on their willingness to help and honest advice I highly recommend this garage for any auto repair you might need.

I've been taking my family's cars to this Christian Brothers location for a bit over a year now, and I am so grateful for them! They do great work and are always incredibly friendly and helpful! Any time I have a question or concern, they're happy to answer and help me think through the situation. While they always provide their perspective, expertise, and assessment of the situation, they're never pushy if I choose to postpone or skip a recommended service. I have really appreciated working with them, and I would absolutely recommend them (as I've already done multiple times). They're a great company!

TL;DR- Nice staff, up front. Heavy upsell behavior Weak troubleshooting rigor Disregard for contradictory diagnostic data High pricing without clear justification -Detailed Review- I wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Dean, the service specialist I worked with, was polite and professional, and I don’t have any complaints about his demeanor or communication. Unfortunately, my concerns lie with the diagnostic approach taken by the technicians. I came in with a charging system issue. Despite documented readings showing normal alternator output (around 14 volts) and evidence pointing toward a grounding/voltage drop problem, the primary recommendation remained an expensive alternator replacement. I repeatedly asked for clarification and alternative troubleshooting steps, but the focus continued to be on replacing major components rather than methodically isolating the root cause. It required significant pushback on my part just to have lower-cost, logical diagnostic options discussed. Even then, the proposed fix involved very high pricing for what was ultimately described as a standard negative battery cable. I ultimately paid the diagnostic fee and chose not to proceed with repairs because I did not feel confident that the troubleshooting process prioritized identifying the actual problem over upselling parts. I don’t believe anyone was intentionally dishonest, but the experience left me feeling that customers need to be very cautious and well-informed before approving major repairs here. I’ve included images of the diagnostic readings referenced during my visit so others can draw their own conclusions. --- Quick Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted by Doug, the regional manager, who took the time to speak with me directly. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely open to hearing my concerns. I appreciated his willingness to listen and discuss the situation thoughtfully. I want to acknowledge that effort and thank him for reaching out.
