Took my truck here to repair transfer case. Said they fixed it and charged me $500 - two weeks later is was leaking again. Took my truck somewhere else and they said “whoever you had work on this basically didn’t do anything” so I had them replace the seals that this place said they replaced. What a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Chucho's Transmission and the neighboring Salinas' Garage have the same owners. They are both top drawer auto repair shops. A good mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Both of these shops do quality work at a reasonable price. They stand behind their repair work and do not recommend unnecessary, costly repairs

If you need an auto fix of just about any kind, this is the place. They communicate well. They may write your contact and needs down by hand, so you might have to call them back to check in, but it’s clear they care about being straightforward with the client. They don’t pull any “unicorns-in-your-muffler” bullshit, and I’ve come here for the past 8 years. Don’t really need any other auto service shop after working with these guys unless I want a drive-through oil change or something convenienced by throwing more money at the need.
