Today (5/29/18) as I was driving home from picking up my son from elementary with my 5Month old off 610 & Durham— my truck began to overheat! I was able to make it to this auto shop! It was extremely HOT outside! The guys I spoke to was very kind- they instructed me on what I needed to do in order to get back to my side of town (Out Near Pearland)! The offered for me and my kids to wait inside in the AC — as they finished up and I asked how much I owed the guy at the desk simply said “nothing— take care of your babies and get them home safely”! I was nearly brought to tears by his generosity! So many people use an opportunity such as this to get over on women but this place didn’t. I’m grateful for the care and concern that was shown to me & my kids when as a mother of two I was very overwhelmed. I recommend this place hands down! I didn’t get much done but the Care I received was priceless.

Russ and his team are amazing! I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and have remained very happy with the level of service. He will explain what is happening with your car (which I really appreciate so I can understand what’s happening) and give honest thoughts and very fair pricing. They are upfront with what would be necessary for your car and don’t add on extra items you don’t need just to get your $$. Any time I have to utilize other car mechanic shops (stuck in ankther area, etc), I miss these aspects of Russ’s business. I will continue to be a repeat customer with any future cars and myself and my friend group have recommended Russ to anyone we know in need of a mechanic!
