They are quite literally the highest quality collision repair center in the Houston area. Certified Tesla, BMW, Merc, Audi/VW). love the owner/manager Long term staff. They take the time to do things the right way (Wich does not mean fastest). If you want fast, then go to a chain shop or dealership. If you go that route you will regret the three days you "saved" in a matter of months. Do yourself a favor, and don't do the chain thing. These guys wrestle with the insurance so that everything is as good as factory new.

Metropolitan collision and all of its staff are wonderful. I have had to take two teslas here on separate occassions and both times went well. The staff were all very friendly and answered all my questions. Zeek, who is responsible for teslas specifically, was also very knowledgeable and fixed my car in a timely manner. Don’t even bother with other shops. Metro Collision did a fantastic repair on my 911. You cannot tell a single thing happened to the vehicle prior to the accident. Andy Holder was my main contact throughout the process and I was never left guessing the status of my vehicle. Jason also was great when Andy was out of office for a couple days. I will exclusively use this shop for any Porsche repairs I may require. Other shops should take note.

I've taken both my wife's Mercedes SUV (after a tree fell on it) and my daughter's Audi SUV (after a weather related collision) into Metropolitan. They do incredible work and take pride in it. While the wait times can be long (they are popular and supply chain issues have been impacting everyone), they work very hard to get it done and guarantee the quality of their work. It's well worth bringing your car into them. I can't recommend them enough.

My regular mechanic recommended Metropolitan to replace my skid plate that was severely damaged after hitting debris on the freeway. They said this is the best body shop and they do solid work. I was impressed from the start since I could submit photos online for an estimate that saved me a trip to the shop. They emailed an estimate and we set up an appointment for the work. I was paying for the cost out of pocket, so I also paid a deposit to order parts so they could get started when I brought it in. Once work started, they kept me up to date on the status. When I came to pick up my car, the checkout process was easy and everyone is ptofessional and friendly. I was planning to go to the car wash, but they had washed it already so it was looking good and ready to go. I would recommend this staff and shop to anyone, great job!

I brought my car in this morning fully expecting to spend thousands on paint repairs! The woman at the front desk was just as friendly and kind in person as she had been on the phone. Zeek, the technician who assisted me, was able to simply buff out the scratch—it wasn’t deep enough to damage the paint (thank goodness for my ceramic coating!). He didn’t charge me a single dollar for the work. This shop has earned my loyalty and will be my go-to from now on. Everyone I met today was genuinely kind, friendly, and honest.
