The staff is amazing. They are truly professional and fast. They are knowledgeable in the type of cuts, fabrics, and styles. They are so sweet and understanding and go the extra mile to make sure the customer walks out happy. I definitely recommend them.

If you want good customer service and for the tailor to actually consider your requests for a good price, don’t go here❗️Went in for the first time and both ladies were super rude and informal. Made me feel like they didn’t want to take me in. In addition, they were charging me $80-90 for only cutting off a little bit of length and tightening the shoulders off a dress! Instead, I went to Sergio’s tailor shop on broadway and he was super nice, cordial, and fast. Plus he only charged me $50 for the same service! Do not recommend Chula Vista tailor shop at all, instead go to Sergio’s tailor shop, save yourself the time and money.

I was a walk-in and both of the seamstresses were occupied, when approached I asked if was possible to steach a seam on a small cinch backpack without having to leave it or wait. She said no problem and immediately she repaired it and handed it back. I asked what do I owe? "No Charge! She said with a smile! Later that day I returned with a Ice Coffee. Thank you Chula Vista Tailor.

The lady who spoke with me basically dismissed me. i was in a bind with a formal dress, just needed a little tightening hack on the side by my ribs. She said it was too much work and said no. That she had to take it apart bla bla bla….just rude. Her name was Esperanza, she needs to retire with that attitude.
So, went to SERGIOS TAYLOR on Broadway and they didnt even think about it twice, took my dress and had it ready in LESS than an hour! People, dont waste time here….SERGIOS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ON POINT!! offered me water/coffee and SMILE! the fee was only $10!!! my New spot: SERGIOS TAYLOR ON BROADWAY😬👌🏼✨

The owner misled me by agreeing to a schedule that was not capable for him to deliver. He used it to keep me from leaving and wasn’t provided a price before the transaction was concluded. My daughter and I were promised that we would get one pants on the following Monday. When I arrived before adding a sixth pair of leggings to have them taken up, the gentleman didn’t deliver what was paid for.

Friendly at first even though it’s a bit pricey! Went back two and a half weeks later and all 3 pants were not right. Ana claimed that she advised they might not be able to get the pants seat correct. That is false!!! Had to leave my items to see if they can be fixed. And can go back in another week to see if it’s right. For the high price they charge they shoulda got it right the first time. I’ll post a different review if they get it right.
