Girlfriend took her Nissan here for an oil change. She had made an appointment but when she got there they had no record of it and seemed pissed off that she was just "walking in". They were very rude, very unfriendly and unprofessional. Their online coupon didn't work for their location even though it's listed for all Tire Choice shops. As someone in the automotive industry I'm very disappointed with how they conduct business, especially for new comers. Would definitely not recommend. Get your act together guys

Overall I use all the good thing I'm a little pricey but to be expected in I guess it's the same type of vehicle in the size of the tires I was giving a quote from 89 to $239 or 59 and of course when I got there he only had two tires that were available and one of them they had to go they had to go fetch it from Chula Vista but other than that I mean everyone was friendly they were fast it was great but I just found it a little pricey compared to what I'm used to paying further in in the Linda Vista area

Poor listeners . I called in advance, provided the specs and asked 3x if they could perform alignment ; each time I was told “ yes”. When I arrived they didn’t even have the proper tools.

Made an appointment at 9:30am for a 5:00pm same-day. I came straight from work and saw the staff sitting down when I arrived saying they can’t take me in because I just made my appointment. Then the staff serving me kept accusing me of making the appointment within the last 30 minutes even though I had proof of an email receipt with the time stamp. Eventually, the staff took me in saying they’ll only do an oil change and not rotate my tires. I ended up just getting the oil change but it’s ridiculous how much attitude I was given and being accused of making the appointment last minute when it was done hours in advance. Im a pretty patient and understanding guy so I would’ve rescheduled no problem. The attitude I was given was ridiculous. I came here twice and this will be my last time. I also speak and Spanish, so your I could hear all the crap your staff were saying. Never coming back to this trash stop.

Last Thursday while in San Diego. I noticed one of my tires was really low. It looked like the tread was going to separate from the tire. I googled nearest tire shop. I called them if they could take me today and they said come in. I have a really oddball AWD tire size. Of course they didn’t have it because very few places carry it. They had 2 at a nearby store. So they got it delivered and got me squared away within an hour and a half. I even got a full synthetic oil change. Very please with them.

Don't be fooled by the no appointment signs outside, we walked in and apparently needed an appointment and couldn't be seen until late in the afternoon after going at 9am. Although there were bays open, an no other cars in the following parking lot. I felt very dismissed originally going in the morning and found the employee rude but giving benefit of the doubt with it being the morning and followed up in the afternoon with a much nicer and much patient gentleman. I personally was not impressed by them resetting my trip counts because i had those at specific points and didn’t need reset when they took my car. I haven’t experienced any other place doing that when i went for an oil change and was quite upset when i saw they had reset those for no reason after them being set from the mileage i put on my car during the time i got it. I personally won’t be back unless it was my last option possible.

I went in this morning due to a flat tire. They told me my tire couldn't be repaired. However, the nail was not on the sidewall at all, but they said they found rubber shavings inside the tire. They informed me that I had to buy a new tire so l bought one from them. The manager told me that the cheapest tire was $179 but after leaving and checking their website that was false. And to top it off I asked for a military discount and he told me he couldn't give me the discount because I declined some coverage that was $28, he said that was my discount. I also just took the tire. They told me that couldn't be repaired to another tire shop and they told me that was false. I feel scammed and played because I was a female and I'm sure they thought I didn't know anything about tires so they were going to get over on me. I was also charged a tire recycling fee when I took the tire with me.

The service was fine for what I paid. But, the tires they gave me are about 3 months from being two years old. At minimum, I would have wanted tires from this year. But they gave me tires from early 2024; currently late 2026.

For more than 35 years I was loyal customer with another Firestone Store but recently I was having a non excellent service that I used to get, so I decided to shop around for more reliable store. I tried the Firestone store in Highland National city and meet Jonathan the service manager. I went in to have one my tire check. I didn’t have an appointment but Jonathan had one of the technicians checked my car right-away and I was out of there within 45 minutes. This was the kind of services that I got used to on the other store. For services like this it shouldn’t take more than 4 hours to wait like I was told on the other store. Jonathan was friendly and courteous, he explained everything on my concerns in details an so as his technician ( I forgot to asked his name). Jonathan, Thank you very much for your help! That was an excellent service. Keep up the good work. You just earned another business from a Loyal Firestone Customer!

I booked an appointment online for a 10:30 AM oil change today. The booking system worked flawlessly on my end, sending me three confirmation notifications over the last 24 hours, which I appreciated as a reminder. Unfortunately, my experience upon arrival was the exact opposite of organized and customer-focused. When I arrived for my scheduled 10:30 AM slot, I was informed by Roberto that I would have to wait much longer than expected. The reason given was both shocking and deeply unprofessional: walk-in customers were being given priority over those with confirmed appointments. To make matters worse, Roberto explicitly stated that this is a store policy driven by corporate decisions regarding online appointments—a system he added he "doesn't believe in." This is an unacceptable way to run a business. The entire purpose of an appointment system is to reserve time for customers, manage shop workflow, and respect the customer's time. By disregarding appointments in favor of walk-ins, you are: 1. Penalizing customers who are organized and plan ahead. 2. Making your online booking tool a complete waste of time and a source of misinformation. 3. Creating a chaotic and unfair service environment, as communicated directly by your employee. Roberto’s candor, while perhaps unintentionally blunt, revealed a fundamental breakdown in operations. If your staff does not believe in or uphold the systems corporate implements, it creates a terrible and inconsistent customer experience. I left without receiving service, as I could not accommodate an indefinite wait after securing a specific appointment time. Conclusion: Until this company decides whether it values appointments or operates solely on a first-come, first-served chaos model, I cannot recommend it. The lack of respect for customers' time and the internal disconnect between corporate tools and store practice is staggering. My advice: fix your processes, train your staff on the value of both systems and customer respect, or remove the appointment option entirely to set accurate expectations. Would I return? No.

I’ve been a customer for many years, but I’m disappointed because the last two times that I brought my car for an oil change including an inspection they told me that the battery wasn’t good, that I needed to replace it, they even gave me an estimate. (The picture attached shows what they told me). Instead of buying the battery I took it somewhere else to recheck it and be sure it was bad. At this place I was told that the battery was good. The other time that they also told me that my battery was bad, I doubted it because I had recently bought a new battery and it was still under warranty, but again I took it somewhere else and they told me the same thing, that the battery was good. I went back to the place and told them what I was told, that my battery tested good. I told them to check it again In front of me and they did. To their surprise, the battery tested good. He blamed the battery tester. But I told him that this was the second time that they told me that the battery was bad. The first time was a different car. I told him that I couldn’t trust them anymore because they just wanted me to buy a new battery, and he got agitated and I didn’t like his attitude, so I just left.
